Very crowded and hot at this location. Decided to go inside because the drive through line seemed long but it was worse inside. The staff seems unorganized, and as a former worker, I could see some of the drinks were not being made correctly. The guy working the register in front was nice, that was the only positive aspect here sadly.

Staff is always nice and friendly. I would love for the establishment to be kept better, needs maintenance inside and outside. Keeping the place looking always helps to bring more people.

The one day there's not a line wrapped around the building onto the street... I pull into order bacon egg bites and they are out. This is probably the 4th or 5th time I have pulled into this location to buy bacon egg bites and they are sold out at 7:00 a.m. they usually always have the two flavors that suck. Maybe y'all should stock up on the ones people want.

I was going through the drive thru. I (myself) greeted the employee by saying Goodmorning and she replied give me one second. I said again said to her again Goodmorning. She again stated I repeated I said give me one second. As a everyday customer known by my name when I walk through the door, that’s just how much I come to this location. I backed out the drivethru and went into the store. As always, I greater the 2 young ladies again with a good morning. I explained to the young ladies when your greeted with a Goodmorning you are to speak back to the customer. If she is having a Goodmorning she should not be in customer service. She was the young ladies with the green flower hat on.now it’s raining really bad and I had to run to my truck.

It was busy but manageable. The stuff was quick but it's not the biggest location. Stuff had mask but the clients did not. I went to the patio area and it was fine out there

Wifi never works and drive thru is extremely slow ? ?Also ? iced lemon loaf is not the same I got a much smaller spongey tasteless version on a clear plastic bag yuck ??

I probably spend wayyyy too much money than I should here but hey it’s coffee and it’s great. However , today the girl with the long black braided hair and camo shirt was the worst. Extremely rude. Upset with me because I asked for my drinks to be put in a bag. It was not at all a big deal but she insisted on still being rude to me once I pulled up to the window. Not sure what her deal was but I truly pray for that individual. She wouldn’t give me her name and that’s fine but if you’re reading this , please get help for whatever you’re going through or find another career path because customer service isn’t it.

This Starbucks is the worst. They have on 3 separate occasions taken my order and after I had to wait in line tell me at the window they can't make the order. I always have a terrible experience here and the employees are clueless. I highly suggest you go anywhere else.

THE ABSOLUTE SLOWEST STARBUCKS DRIVE THROUGH. It took 20 minutes to wait in a line of 4 cars and this is nothing new for them, they don't seem to care. If you value your time go elsewhere, they will waste it.

The SLOWEST STARBUCKS OF ALL TIME. I’ve been in the drive thru line for 30 min now and there’s only a handful of people Inside the store. Never again coming here, what a waste of time.
