Walked into Starbucks and thankfully there wasn't a line. Ordered my medicine ball and waited about 8 mins before I asked if my tea was almost ready. They didn't even start making it because they were working on online orders. Then a homeless man walks in and pulled his pants half way down demanding the code for the bathroom. The manager came out and handled that well. That wasn't a big deal because we live in Houston anything is possible. However, when the young finally lady with the over the top eyeshadow, hands me my tea(6 mins later) her hand was over the mouth of my drink. So I kindly ask her to replace the lid. When I handed it to her she SNATCHED it out of my hand and gave me the ugliest look and said" sure no problem." Now that was totally unnecessary and beyond RUDE. Starbucks it is too early in the morning for anyone to be treated with such nastiness. Someone needs to speak with her about her attitude towards the guest that come in to your store.

Super slow and 2 items in my order were wrong. I asked for feta spinach & egg white wrap, and flat white coffee and asked the to add extra single shot on it. What they did ??My food was only egg white and I told them this is not what I requested, the cashier apologized and said we don’t have this now it’s need 20 minutes to be done, so I had to order something else. And then I waited for more than 10 minutes to get my coffee and it wasn’t that busy and they were 4 or 5 workers talking and jockeying with each other more than serving customers. After all of this I took my coffee and went back work the surprise was the but only single shot of espresso and full the large cup with milk and the taste was too bad, this is not Starbucks that I like. I never wrote any bad review for Starbucks but this place made me do it, worst experience I have ever had in Starbucks. Will never go back again to this location and I ask the managers to give more training for their employees and improve their skills.

I've been coming to this store for about a year or so. For the past month the service has not been on point like usual. Not sure what happen in the last month. Never had to wait no longer than 5 minutes for a drink. Not sure what happen to the regular staff I seen every morning.THEY NEED TO BRING THEM BACK.? I must say I always look forward to coming to this store every morning. It just felt like home coming in seeing the smiling faces every morning and other costumers that I meet here.Came in last Tuesday for a drink and I think this will be last time coming back.

If you are a regular Royal Oaks Starbucks customer and your wondering why the atmosphere has waned and the amount of time to get your coffee is taking longer its because management has changed.I'm asking that you please temporarily stop going to this location until they bring back the manager Monte Washington. He was released from his position last month for an offense that was and still is absolutely repairable.Starbucks Executives expect its team members to be loyal to the company, however, their loyalty is not reciprocated.I and other patrons have reached out directly via email to the CEO of Starbucks Kevin Johnson, however, he has an executive team that intercepts your email and replies that they are responding on his behalf. They must think that we are caffeinated idiots and won't recognize that the response emails are a scripted form that they must follow when responding to a complaint.So while its patrons (that means you) are continuing to cushion the bank accounts and wallets of these executives during "Covid Season" they are hiding behind scripted form letters saying that they will re-review Mr. Washington's termination. Political lip service. All hogwash and bullcrap as we true Texans call it!!It all comes down to the Mighty Dollar with Starbucks. If you support this location and care for Monte and want him to return, please help me fight for him. About 5-6 years ago I used to be homeless and was waiting for some job training program to contact me back.I always would stay here with my labtop, and I did have to sleep nearby. Never felt safe, not to mention how often I'm mistaked for a kid (I had just finished high school and was trying to do college)Everyone there was so nice. And while I have still not gained a taste for Starbucks...sitting in there for two months it was obvious how hard they work.Of course I'm doing fine now myself lol.

WORST LOCATION EVER!!! The baristas have the worst attitude and they guard their bathrooms like the world is ending, bathroom is terrible too. No napkins and hand soap. On top of that the food looked stale and old. Don’t come here!!

This is a great store in a very good location. Store is clean and staff is friendly. The black spot of the day was this girl Ella. I ask her to open the restroom for me and she just mentioned in “one minute” and went to do other stuff. Glad another staff member was close, he was also busy but when I ask him about the restroom he went to open it immediately.

Took 17 minutes for a grande frozen caramel Frappuccino & banana nut bread. They also proceeded to get their “regular” customer’s order out of the way before everyone customers that was before her & when I asked about my order the heavy set employee aggressively said those are mobile orders that are being called.
