I went there almost every weekday morning during the school year since it’s close to my job. They have LITERALLY NEVER messed up my drink. They read the labels and make it so perfect! Also, the machines must always be calibrated correctly and they aren’t broken because the espresso is always fresh and robust. Thank you Jessie, Eric and Chris for always making my day start off right!
They were so busy that two of employees were texting in back. When I asked for a refund no apoyo y was made and they even care to ask what happened . Classic customer service. Waited 13 min for Ventura lattes that in the end never came .
This location is always busy and they normally have been correct on orders but the last three orders have been completely wrong and they haven’t been made properly. I’ve also been charged twice for orders instead of just once. The scones, though they dont make them are not good at all, they fall apart the moment you pick it up. Like they are not baked or whoever makes them forgot to put milk or eggs or liquid in it. It is basically like eating powder.
This place always seems to never properly be stocked with everything they need. Always something not available on the menu which gets annoying. Also nobody pays attention to the pickup orders. Literally anyone can walk in, grab something, and leave without any notice.
God definitely blessed the hands that work here making the most wonderful coffee and other various beverages and treats! You won't be disappointed! And if you somehow are, just nicely explain to one of their kind baristas and I can almost guarantee you that they'll try to make the situation right. Very nice employees and wonderful food and drinks❤️❤️

These drinks, caramel frapp and caramel macchiato, are basic Star Bucks' drinks but they taste like someone dump a bucket of artificial sweeteners in and use powder milk.$11 for both drinks Grande size and I seriously want to toss these into the trash. Train your employees to make proper drinks for the love of God is there no quality check anymore with these retail franchise store anymore??
I usually order via the mobile app for this location and they always have my order ready and correctly made when I arrive. Plus they are always smiling. I can't ask for much more than that.
Definitely a bad experience, order online, arrive and waited for @30 mins. Asked the barista a lot my order and he working on someone’s else ordering. Ok, I sat down and waited A few more minutes just to go check again and see my cup there and no she did not call out my name for my order.
If the drive-thru were any slower we'd turn into turtles heh. Maybe some of the staff members should stop socializing, giggling, and do their jobs..hope they get to it and improve.
