Asked for 4 teas; waited for about 15 mins. After I saw nobody was working on my order I go up to the counter and they tell me they ran out of tea bags. The cashier was very rude and seemed to not care at all; had I not gone up to the counter I’ve would have waited longer. Inefficient, careless and incompetent. So far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to.
Love coming here and didn't think I had the need to write a review BUT...Roman or Ramon had the nastiest attitude for no reason. He was rushing me as I was ordering and I let that go. He made my drink and got it all wrong. I nicely told him it was the wrong drink. He proceeded to grab the drink, tosses it and with his attitude made my other drink. I get it, we all have bad days, but no need to be rude to others.
I LOVE this Starbucks. They always have the ingredients I ask for. I know I’m a little extra when it comes to my orders but these baristas nail it every time. The food is always fresh! Also, a HUGE shout out to the staff. They’re always super friendly, even in the mornings. I usually go pretty early but they’re always so patient and pleasant. Definitely my favorite Starbucks! Keep up the great job guys!

Disgusting CashierCoughed on my food and gave me wet and used napkins.Didn’t even acknowledge me and treated me poorly.She was an African American with blonde streaks in her hair,and had I not been in a rush I would have asked to speak to a supervisor and managerWould not recommend this location unless you like people being nasty to your food, had to throw it out
Employees at this location are always in good mood compared to other locations where they seem to be unhappy. My drinks are always right and delicious.
Rude staff+Bitter drinks=waste of money.Stopped here again today. I always mobile order but somehow they made wrong drinks and then they still made drink wrong when they made the effort to fix it?? quality of service is very inconsistent which causes low quality of product. Constantly a rip off.
Very poor customer service! I understand that it can get busy to not acknowledge a customer when they’ve been standing there for at least 10 minutes is terrible! I had to literally walk up to the register and see if anyone was working the cash register inside or I’d still be waiting. I’m not sure who is the manager but they should do a better job of acting like they care about the customer. I will not return to this location ever again.
As always employees are friendly. However my drink order is very inconsistent, and it's a pretty basic coffee order aside from cream and sugar I ONLY add vanilla. Never had 2 drinks tastes the same and that's the HONEST truth, literally have thrown a few outta the window after pulling out the driveway. Also it's normally busy and the parking lot like most is very small and people will try to cut the line from the other side which makes things even more hectic. When I have time there is a location 10 to 15 minutes away that make my drink perfectly everytime I go....The location on Westhiemer next to the car/dog wash place.
I come here frequently and since December almost everytime I visit this place my order or is incorrect or handed to the wrong person . Lea the manager is awesome and usually fixes my order with professionalism ! But yesterday unfortunately she wasn’t there to fix my order that I waited 20 minutes for on my lunch break and was handed to the wrong person !! The manager on duty could have cared less and told me “you have to get back in line “ absolutely ridiculous after I had already waited 20 MINUTES!! Please get it together and train the managers properly.
