They mostly out of everything. I asked for stopper, they didn’t have it. I asked for tray to carry hot cups, they didn’t have it. I asked for sleeve, they didn’t have it.Better close this place until you have everything ready. Low quality Starbucks chain.
Imagine your anxiety at an all time high, and you just want your shaken brown sugar espresso… and getting to the window to be told by the window girl to stir your own coffee……. Which is by the way not completely filled… and overly creamed. Anthony is the new GM here, he has a lot of work to do with that team. So disappointed
Fast service coupled with amazingly friendly service. This is how all Starbucks should be.Kudos to the barista in the drive thru today at 9.52 for trying to cheer and make it a happy day for customers.
Fast and delicious service. Everyone greets you when u walk in and they're hustling to get orders out. In and out with in 7ish min for 1 coffee at 7am

Worst Starbucks to exist. Always overcrowded (not because they’re popular) never have anything in stock. Tried to lie and say items would be in stock next day (but have been saying that for two weeks). The microphone at the drive thru is broken because they can never hear what you’re saying even if you’re yelling. Management doesn’t exist here. Don’t even bother trying to solicit feedback to them. And by the time you get your drink at the window, it will be melted and / or cold if you got a hot drink. Inside the store is way worse. You stand there awkwardly as everyone gathers in a tight group waiting 30+ minutes sometimes.
The front patio is gorgeous. Really a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. So much parking!
My app order was ready right away, and the chai latte was awesome.

Sweet employees. Is great service. Satisfaction guaranteed. We truly enjoyed our stop at this Starbucks. Their eagerness to give us good service made our long trip home a lot nicer as we shared our Starbucks experiences.
