This location is a hit or miss with most times being a miss! Ordered a Venti white mocha and they put my drink in a grande and when brought to someone’s attention she rudely just said, we don’t have venti cups. No apology or anything! This location is honestly not worth it and I would much rather go to the Louetta location! The drive thru is always slow!
I love Starbucks and while visiting my sister we decided to stop by this location. I ordered a venti sized Frappuccino to put inside a 24oz cup that I would purchase. When I received my beverage it was just barely over half full. Normally, there would only be room left for the groves that secure the lid. I asked if this was the correct amount and was brushed off. I had to ask multiple times before receiving a response.The following day we patronized this location again. On this visit I order the same beverage only I was unable to receive my beverage in venti size as they did not have cups in that size. I attempted to order two grande sized beverages but was cut off multiple time by more than one employee.Because it’s a Starbucks franchise the drinks were just as tasty, however, the customer service and communication at this location is sub post to say the least..
It's Been a Little while since I've last visited this location, but was glad to see Familiar Faces with the same Enthusiasm as I recall prior! I found the Cup Selection to be Pleasantly Surprising and the Service was Extraordinary! Both Nicole (who handled my Transactions) and my Barista were "On Point" with Drink Suggestions and Flavourful Additions, as I tried something "off the Beaten Path". Nicole was Patient, Informative and Accommodating, All Qualities that will ensure a shortened time span until my next Visit! Kudos!?? ??
Worst location been too Waited 30 minutes , they skipped our order , served 3 people after us , then were rude about it , they had six Barista's and said they were under staffed , I'd rather drive an extra mile and buy from louetta store.
I love coming here before work. The staff is always friendly. The line starts to get long around 7:10, so if I can’t make it by then I’ll bypass to not be late to work which is very nearby. They’ve never gotten my order wrong. Everyone at the school I work at loves this Starbucks.
This past week they have been incredibly slow. I’m talking over 20 minutes at the drive through line with no remorse. Thankfully today I was able to reverse out of the drive thru after 9 minutes had passed with no movement.
It took over 10 straight min. Before anyone acknowledged I was there. I don't mean like they were busy and couldn't stop to say " I'll be with you in a min" All the employees walked past me or stood cIose enough to see me standing there for over 10 min and noone acknowledged me. I ordered a regular hot. Carmal macchiato. It was absolutely the worst drink and service iv ever had with starbuck

This used to be my daily Starbucks stop, moved farther out, so today stop in, walking In vibe is tense, and the friendly staff wasn’t there…staff needs a real attitude change!
The people are super nice. I got a Venti Mango Dragonfruit Refresher.
