Long wait at drive thru despite only a few cars. They don't respond or acknowledge you when you pull up to the menu, so you aren't sure if it's working unless you happen to wait for a couple minutes because you'll still have to wait for them to help the 2 cars in front of you with apparently impossible orders that prevented to store from serving anyone in a reasonable amount of time (it's been 10 minutes and I'm now trapped in the drive through waiting).
I come here a lot in the morning, and the baristas are nice they get my drinks right, but today I give them one star. I don’t like how an employee treats others employees. There this Mexican lady with glasses if I remember correctly and I’ve seen her multiples times yelling at employees by where they make drinks or by the register and also bad mouthing other employees. She seems very angry all the time and one time she made my Frappuccino and it was a completely different Frappuccino than what I paid for and when I asked her if she could make the correct one she gave me a face, and honestly just because of this one employee I don’t really want to come back.
Always love coming here... The baristas here are always super friendly and have always been super nice to my special needs son. They take their time with him to get his order just the way he likes it... Most people don't. He is always asking me to take him here. Plus coffee is life so there is that...
Ashley was very rude, her attitude and the way she spoke was very uneducated. We wanted sweet cream filled to the top, hence paid $1.25 extra for each cup, ( $7.58 )her reply was just because we asked for venti cup, doesn't mean we will get it filled to the top. I even offered to pay more, its how we like our drinks... our almond croissants weren't heat up either needless to say, not ever going to come back to this location ever again. Worthless
Had cinnamon and tomatoes , spinach and cheese sandwich got food poison very pain full. Tried calling location and would not pick up the phone

As always Starbucks is an amazing coffee shop my youngest loves coffee but this is one of his favorite stores amazing people for an amazing store
I’ve been to a lot of different Starbucks with the same order and all of them make the drink with the same flavor, but with this one it seems like the drink is bitter or idk like they don’t put effort into making a drink
I agree with the poster below that all drinks here taste like flavored water. Management needs to retrain staff how to make drinks. I went here with a group and all of our drinks taste like water. I had them remake one but the outcome was the same. Sad =(
My go to Starbucks. Today i had embarrassing event. My car died in the middle of the drive thur. (Stuck between cars) There were alot of cars behind me and two cars in front of me. I was freaking out, panicking, overwhelmed, embarrassed. The cashier stuck her head out of the window and info she will get the manager to help. The manager, a walking pass by stranger, and the girl In the car behind all had to help me push my car out to a safe parking space in front. Thank you so much for the staff, manager, good people for helping and making me feel better. The manager and staff was soo friendly and helpful.
