Well? They Didn’t have 3 different drinks that I asked. Then I asked for one, then they gave me a different one. Asked the grumpy girl making the drinks that that was not what I ordered and she really Didn’t care. Starbucks visit on 7/11/22 @8:15pm. Sucks service. Very disappointed.
I usually get my coffee at this store, but I unfortunately experienced ridiculous service today as I wanted a cup regular iced coffee with 3 pumps white chocolate so they served hot one and I would’ve replaced with cold one the manager argued that they have not ice coffee than few minutes letter guys took iced coffee.. so whata nice service is it !!
I came in for my order and it supposed to be have a milk base with tea but literally put on tea only with no milk at all , and it just taste bad without it and my barista was something else she do my bf order which have tea and lemonade in 15sec and mine which have milk and tea and some whipping cream take the whole 5-6 mins at least and literally everything premade + me and my bf order in the same order time in the same order and take all these time to have a wrong formula for what , i guess somebody forgot their formula for drink ? . Btw mine order was royal tea latte and she make tea without milk gurl what ??
I do not recommend coming to this Starbucks my husband went to this one and asked for a pink drink some girl named Alezay told him she could not make it in a rude tone. That is terrible customer service! He arrived to the window and was given a watered down drink and he asked her if she can remake it thicker and she took the drink and give him a dirty look and closed the window. Then had another girl deliver my drink that is extremely unprofessional.
This was my first time going to this Starbucks located @ 2521 Post Oak Blvd in the Galleria/Uptown area and I really enjoyed it. I love the outdoor seating area which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area especially the towering Art Deco style Williams Tower. The indoor is spacious & has a large seating area but this seems to be a popular location, so the seats fill up quickly. I’m deducting a star because for such a busy & large location it only has 2 restrooms, male & female, & the male restroom has only a single stall. Obviously, I can’t speak for the female side.
I’ve been a customer at this location for YEARS—and it since the last remodeling, this cafe is constantly low or empty on all drink selections and snacks. New management needed who can do a better job. Taking my business elsewhere.
Love the place. I go there to small get together with friends and some little reading.
You pull up to the drive thru exhausted and needing that 6 shots of espresso to jumpstart your soul and get your day going. But what you didn’t expect is the lady in the drive-thru with her smile, her positivity, her affirmations… boosting you up to have the most amazing day ever!
HORRIBLE MANAGER! The Manager (I think his name is Johnathan) who was working on Sunday night on March 20 at 10:00 p.m. threatened a customer that he will spit in her drink next time. The customer already placed her order for drinks and requested stoppers for hot drinks. The manager refused to provide her stoppers after she received her drinks and he even refused to provide her the small stickers to cover the opening in the lid. He started yelling at her, calling extremely vulgar names against her family members when her family was NOT even inside the store. On top of that, this Starbucks location is extremely dirty with trash all over the place and tables are sticky and wet. The counter where customers are supposed to pick up their drinks are extremely dirty and sticky all over. It's a very unhygienic place. Also, this particular Starbucks takes forever to make a single drink even when the customers are less. I always see the manager and employees just chilling out instead of making the customers' orders on time. Anyways, Starbucks Corporation is poisoning customers' drinks!
