I wanna begin saying that I know the girl who was doing drinks today is a beginner I had never seen her but for the employees not to be busy and not bother to help her is incredibly messed up because how is there going to be up to 12 customers on the building , Plus managers being on the floor seeing the rush and not being bother to do anything about it but instead go get their selves some drinks seeing they are backed up on drinks is crazy . Waited for 30 minutes smh , those are the managers lol
This Starbucks has no customer service help at all I’ll order a drink I’ll go in the bathroom and come out and the lady gave my drink away and then it took forever to remake my drink I had to wait on it she acted like she didn’t care she had an attitude when I said something about it this place is the sorriest place I’ve been when it comes to Starbucks
This place has the rudest employees I have ever encountered. Especially JACOB. Yes JACOB.And as I said. All of the employees there are straight up rude with huge attitudes. If I could give no stars.I would. Somebody teach these people how to show professionalism. And most of all to learn to be POLITE.
This was the filthiest Starbucks I have ever been to. I planned to sit here and work on my laptop for awhile. After a few sips of my tea I had to go to the restroom. I was given a code to get in and I as I opened the door I immediately walked out. It was worse than any gas station I’ve even been in. I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I will never return to this Starbucks again.
The employees are fast and kind, no matter how early you come in. The parking lot is hard to maneuver in when there are many cars in the drive thru, but this is still my go-to every morning at 6am!
Their was on way I was going to allow 1 bad experience Destroy my loyalty to this Place. They Morning Crew are Awesome, They know your name. That's how you can rest assure your in a Good Place. Keep up the Great Work!!
This Starbucks is nothing like any other StarbucksYour coffee drinks and I mean Any coffee drinks besides the frappes have more milk than coffee And it's crazy I've never seen a caramel macchiato or a white chocolate mocha that's white with a hint of brown and I always get an extra shot of espresso and yet my drinks are still all milk . A white coffee omg no no no
Absolutely the worst Starbucks I've had. Paid 10$ for a Frappuccino with extra shoes, and everything else. Got the drink there was no coffee at all. A little whip cream a little toppings. I told them. They said they made a new one , and gave me back the same drink.
This place just keeps getting worse, never has anything available and always has a long line. Theyre slow and rude over the intercom.
The regular Starbucks I go to was closed so I decided to go to this one. I understand that there was a long line wrapped around to the street but I ordered a vanilla bean frappe and I got whipped cream milk and ice . I didn’t realize until I drove off that my drink didn’t have the black bean flakes in there. Won’t be going back to this one. I’m upset I even spent $5 on a cup of watered down milk.
