Wost Customer Service or better yet no customer service. I greeted the cashier twice and both times she said : what do you want? They don’t even have the bare minimum company training to greet a customer. Also for a coffee shop you’d think you’d be stocked with cold brew but they also didnt have that at 3pm. Please go to the Summerwood location, way better service or get off to the Krogers starbucks also in Summerwood. Definitely never coming back here, and there was a mess in the restroom and the front area was full of trash, the manager needs a visit from upper management. This place is a joke.
Awful is all that I can say. They sell you expired pastries (May 24) and sell you horrible nasty drinks that are poorly made.I called to complain about my experience and asked to speak to a manager. ( that did not go well) Nothing but excuses about the food quality as well as their drinks. Gave me the wrong store number as well as the wrong number to corporate.Not professional at all and nothing but young immature children working there. It is awful and I never want to give my business to Starbucks again.
Ordered 3 passion tango teas unsweetened and to my surprise when I get home to put them in the refrigerator they have liquid cane sugar. I customize my order all the time because I can't have much sugar or I will end up sick. Now these drinks will have to be trashed since I won't be able to drink them and no one else at home likes them. This was very upsetting.
Horribly managed location. Needs new managers or management. Drinks take excessively long time to get. Waited 25 minutes for one drink. People who had ordered behind me were getting drinks first..Nobody to welcome you when you walk in. Nobody says thanks. Nobody apologizes.
This Starbucks location and staff are a disgrace!!!I visited this store on 3/7/22, I asked the hispanic girl if she wouldn’t mind warming the brownies for me. She grab my bag and sat it to the side and start taking another customer’s order. I then asked the other Hispanic girl is she able to warm the brownies since the first girl just sat them on the counter, the 2nd girl then says “oh she’ll warm them up for you..” as she continues to skip over me. I instantly felt discriminated against.The staff are just RUDE and non-chalant. I don’t understand why they are hiring young kids that doesn’t want to work!!!Everyone doesn’t need a job in customer service. I will never recommend this store and will continue to travel far to receive outstanding customer service.

3 different drinks and not one has good flavor!! It’s not my first time in Starbucks I am a costumer but in this location some it’s happening with the drinks or recipes! ?good customer services
