The staff here are the friendliest people and they work quickly and precise to make your treat or drinks so special!
It’s Feb 2022 and the friendliest people with the best people skills work at this Starbucks. I’m always greeted and treated well and like a human whether going through the drive thru or in person. Outstanding customer service. Way to go. ??

Came in for my birthday night, with a wierd request. They not only went above and beyond to help fulfill my request, they helped me get my birthday reward so I could finally redeem it ? great customer service
My usual Starbucks was closed so I went here and ordered my usual. They watered down my espresso lol. I drink it everyday and this for sure tasted poor quality. I’ve gotten this same drink at multiple Starbucks and this is the only one where it taste like straight water. I hope I don’t have to come back here anytime soon. Also just to mention, in the past when I’ve had to come to this location, they are always out of something right in the morning. And not just bakery/food items. It will be sauces and syrups. I remember they didnt have the brown sugar syrup for the longest time. I’m not sure if that’s cooperate supply chain problem or not though. If so, that kinda sucks for them as a store. They are in a prime spot right across of the NASA campus aerospace engineers come here on a regular. You’d think this store would be a priority as far as supply and updates. Their order box has never shown its screen in the almost 10 years I’ve been coming here. I think cooperate should show this place some love.

I'm giving this location top billing! Not only were our drinks tasty and hot, but the Baristas all were friendly and outgoing! It seemed that making our experience special, was the order of the day! Judy was especially kind and welcoming, as was her staff. Clean dining room, good service and product.....It's safe to say, we'll be returning soon!
I usually love Starbucks, but for some reason I keep getting poor tasting drinks from this particular location. I’m not sure what it is, but the past few times that I have went every single one of my drinks tasted watered down. I’ve never consistently had this issue with any other Starbucks location. It’s very disappointing, looks like I’ll either have to go to other coffee shops or go out of my way to go to another Starbucks :/
I go to this one every once in a while and they’re always SO friendly and efficient! This morning I went through the drive thru and ordered a toasted white hot chocolate. When I got home and tasted it I realized it was coffee (I’m not a coffee person). I drove back, went through the drive thru again, and told them what happened. The woman at the speaker and the woman at the window apologized, gave me the correct drink, and even upsized my drink without charging me! They were so nice and handled the situation perfectly. I don’t go to Starbucks often but this one gets all 5 stars from me based off of friendliness and service!
This is a Starbucks I normally go to. Sometimes it is slow but not as bas as today. Today I online ordered my food at 8:17 and did not receive my order until 8:45. I work at a coffee shop so I knew how long my drink should take. Finally, they announced after I had been standing inside for ten minutes that my drink was up. They made the drink and just needed to add cold foam. My drink sat there for another ten minutes waiting on its cold foam. At last they gave me my drink, which was made ultimately wrong. There was about 20 other people waiting for the drinks while I was there. This store I normally love going to but it should not have taken them almost 30 minutes to make my drink.
