This place is filthy and disgusting. The ceilings are covered with dirt which has never been cleaned in YEARS. The kitchen is nasty and the food is terrible. There were no bell peppers in their Philly sandwich, the jalapeño burger had red chilis in the patty rather than jalapeños and it was overly spicy. I went there due to it being halal and good reviews but how can someone eat at this filthy place is beyond me . I’m surprised no one has complained to the food authority.
River Oaks/ Uptown quality food at a modest price. Fresh food, made when ordered - even the fries so hot that they can burn your lips when served. The owner and his family take pains in ensuring that each and every meal is cooked to perfection. Portions are big enough to satisfy your appetite and the flavor is a harmonious blend between the Mediterranean spices and American burgers.
I just tried it out yesterday. In fact i found out about it yesterday and had to give it a try. Glad I did because now I don’t have to make the 30 minutes drive to M&M Grill to satisfy my craving. I got their Mushroom Swiss Burger and it was out of this world. They need to work on their advertisement a little more. This place could be popping if only people can find out about it more easily (maybe promote it on google or something of that nature). I have been living 2 minutes away from this joint for 2 years now and just now found out about it yesterday. Food is AMAZING!
Busy little local burger (and such) joint. Owner operated so far as I can tell. Quite a few non-burger items, too. If you are sensitive to over-salty, ask them to hold off or cut back on the salty seasoning used on the onion rings. (Also note, no blue cheese salad dressing if that's your preference)I recommend you support this earnest local business.
A wonderful place; our burgers were made perfectly. The husband and wife who run the place were so kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place.
Oh my yummy goodness!!? I just tried this place with my husband for the first time tonight and the jalapeño burger is the best burger that I’ve ever tried! I ended up googling this eatery and don’t regret it. Mr.Assad (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) is the best! The burger was fresh, thick, and juicy. It had a good amount of seasoning and extra black pepper. The beef is of good quality Halal meat as well. Definitely worth the trip!
CHICKEN PHILLY and JALAPEÑO BURGER. Chicken Philly was yummy! The chicken was very flavorful (which chicken Phillys often lack) that was a pleasant surprise. It didn’t really taste like a typical Philly but it was still very good. The jalapeño burger was a hit for my daughter. She loved it!! I thought it was ok but I’m really not a huge burger fan. It was very flavorful as well. This place does not lack flavor at all!! My only Gripe was my cold fries. It was a to go order. I wish the fries were packaged better to keep warm longer. I do recommend this place. I will be going back soon
It’s a small mom pop place but let me tell you something the owner cooks the food her self. Simply amazing always fresh. Top tier quality.
Ordered the spicy Hawaiian, and jalapeño and cheese burgers. Both were super good but the spicy Hawaiian was to die for! Super good!!
I love this place. The way they make the burgers is totally different and unique from other places. It looks and taste great.I highly recommend this place for those who love burgers.
