We picked two hamburgers (I-10 and Conrad Sauer). Both were amazing. Hassan is the cook, the waiter and the host ...and everything was just perfect, including the waiting time. I really recommend this place !!
Fries were terrible and the burgers were a little bland. Also the online prices are almost twice what you pay in store, so definitely just go yourself if you want to eat here.
I cannot for the life of me see why Spring Branch Burger Shack has 4.4 stars.Just had them for the 3rd and last time.Order placed at 1:24pm and was told 20minAt 1:50 my order came out but was sent to a table eating in and 1/2 burgers was incorrect.At 2:05 I got my full order.I get home and no sauces were in the bag or in the burger. The first burger and fries were cold waiting for the 2nd one to get corrected. The second burgers fries were over cooked.All for a burger that tasted like something I make at home. So disappointing. Never again with this place.
This place was clean, had great staff, and the food was great! The servings were big!
I was trying to find a place near work to have a bite and found this place. I tried their Antoine Road burger and it was a delicious Greek fusion burger! All burgers come with fries, and they do not at all skimp on the fries. The cook and hostess are very friendly. Will be coming back again to try the other items.
The burger I ordered tastes great, fresh and simple. Especially stir fried onion (I guess so) on the burger was a good surprise.
Huge, Good burgers. Having grown up in the area, I loved the names of the burgers! Plentiful tots and fries—done perfectly. Could not eat it all! Friendly guy behind the counter. Will go back!
The bun was stale. Like very stale. Hard around the edges. You have to put you own mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup on you burger and fries with those little packets. You get one little napkin. The guy behind the counter was very nice. I will not go back
Was great the first time I went. Not so great the next. They closed early due to staff shortage/Covid.
The place tries really hard in regards to customer service and is very friendly. However the burger is rather average. I went with the bacon cheeseburger and the Greek fries. The burger was cooked well done and I definitely prefer something a little less done. It was quite cheesy which was good. The bun seemed a little dry. The Greek fries were different in the sense that they had feta and seasoning. That was nice. The baseline fry itself was mediocre, tasted like a frozen fry. They have some interesting burger names and toppings, so I'd be open to going back and trying something else. I'd go with the waffle fries next time.
