We waited an hour outside in the heat to be seated. When we were finally seated, the server didn't introduce herself when she came to our table. The menu was very limited and nothing appealed to me. When we placed our orders, I told the server that we were going to order mimosas but to give us a moment. The meals were delivered by someone else who automatically put my meal in front of my husband and my husband's meal in front of me. That told me they either don't use pivot points or one of them doesn't know which pivot point is which! The meals themselves were bland and didn't have much of a flavor until we added salt, pepper and salsa. Our server came by our table when we were done eating to ask if everything was good. This should have been done earlier. I reminded her that we wanted mimosas! The good things about this place were: the serrano salsa, which was delicious, but it's not made by them; the coffee was palatable; and the mimosas were excellent! We tipped our server her 20% even though I felt she was lacking in attending to the customer. Cynthia gave me her name when I asked but she rushed away from our table. Also, when we were sliding out of our booth, another server was walking in the aisle and didn't give us, the customers, the right of way. My husband was already standing in the aisle and was made to wait for the server to walk by. I suppose they don't practice CROW (Customer Right of Way) here. Maybe my expectations are too high for a place like this, but even Avalon Diner I rated a 5 star because of the extensive menu, delicious food and excellent customer service! These are my opinions and my experience at Snooze. I also believe everyone should try something for themselves and form their own opinion. Just because it didn't meet my expectations and I more than likely won't be returning here, does not mean others should avoid it. Good luck!
Great pineapple pancakes. I ordered the tostadas. The plate comes with three. It was exactly what I was craving. Sweet bell peppers added a great twist.
I have to admit that I absolutely loved this place! The service was fast and very friendly. About the food: the coffee was a great starter and I ordered the Garden Harvest Omelet that has asparagus, red peppers, zucchini and mushrooms, topped with avocado and goat cheese...Amazing!!!I will definitely go back to try more dishes, although I recommend to arrive early because it is so good that it gets packed pretty fast
Food was ok but 1 star for the people working there very unprofessional from sitting till serving .. rude .. don't know how to talk .. won't be going again this branch if they can't take the pressure of working they shouldn't be working !!! Had stroller with us and she kept saying oh we can't allow stroller so where I leave 6 week old child? If stroller was blocking? Get me a space to keep stroller !!! Or tell me while you see me entering that you can't do that !!! Server kept on serving late maybe because of argument on our sitting they were less intrested in serving us .. coffee came all the way end of food paid 200plus for group of 9 for such rude and unprofessional behavior!!!
Loved it, tried the lox-n-latke-benny, the lox salmon was delicious, I finished the whole dish, I’ll definitely go back to try other items and the pineapple upside down pancakes are a must try. Worth the 1 hour wait time. Best breakfast.
We went 4/30/22 at 9:00 am and the place was jumping. We had to wait less than 5 minutes for a table. We were greeted with a welcoming smile and felt very welcomed. Our server brought our hot drinks right away. It took awhile for our server to take our order and get our food but was well worth the wait. Our food was served hot and was delicious! I had the sweet potato pancakes and they were outstanding! Not too sweet as I was fearful they would be. My son had the smashed sweet potato with a side of hash brown. He loved the sweet potato smash but hash browns weren’t anything special. My mom had eggs Benedict and loved the hollandaise sauce. We had a side of bacon but it was greasy. Wouldn’t order that again. The portion size is hardy. I would recommend this place but come earlier than 9:00a.m. Great food for a great price! You won’t be disappointed or hungry when you leave.
This was my first time being at snooze and it was fantastic. I had the pancake ? flight, which is three pancakes each being a different flavor, one blueberry, one pecan, and one that has like a apple bit fritter topping. I also ordered the hashbrowns with scrambled eggs on top and habenero pork belly.....That pork belly was phenomenal, with a kick of spice and crispy outside with soft middle, it made my toes curl. I also got to give love to Jay, the awesome waiter that was on point and let us relax and chill even after our food was gone. Will definitely be coming back ??
The food was pretty good but the service could have been better. I met a friend for breakfast and we were sat at a snug table (I guess for two), but I noticed all the other small tables like this only had one person and a lot of the tables for four had two people. The restaurant wasn't full so this just seemed weird to me. After taking a drink orders we were never given a menu. I get the whole scan the barcode environment thing, but other tables around us were given menus without asking. We ordered, the food came, and it was solid. But no one ever checked on us or refilled our drinks. I guess my take away is come for a good meal but be prepared for mediocre service.
Finally got to eat here. It was quite busy on a Saturday late morning but the staff worked hard to turn the tables to keep things moving as quickly as possible. The menu has unique items to choose from. All of us liked our choices such as 2 different eggs benedict, avocado toast and chocolate chip pancakes. We would go back again to try something else.
Fun atmosphere. Fast and friendly service. Busy place and please be patience. Plenty of parking and other stores around this area.
