Black Girl Magic at its finest! I was so blown away - the young women running this store knew their stuff. Serving and cleaning as they go. I have been to so many restaurants who haven’t mastered this but these little women were so good I would trust any thing they served without hesitation. The sno cone topped my wildest dream
The Sno cones are the bomb. And the attendant who put in my order was very nice. However, they need to practice better sanitation measures. While the smell of bleach was present, no one was wearing any hair coverings or gloves.Also, while the attendant was taking my order, other orders were ready for other customers and instead of continuing to take and process my order, she interrupted me and handed off the ready orders to the other customers.Better sanitary measures definitely need to be implemented and also better organization and customer service skills need to be included in their process.Grade: C

The sno-cones are delicious! Unmatched! But they are a lil slow in service. The menu is large! and twice I've ordered a cone with cream swirl and didn't get it prepared that way! Had to get a tiny cup of it on the side! Wasn't happy about that but the sno-cone itself was yummy!
Bad time management. Maybe I will try it again but I walked in with 5 kids before a few people and people were served before me. Nope. Nice artwork though

Waited an hour in line and to receive my order which was only a medium snow cone and cup of corn , menu price said $3 corn $3.50 sno cone and I was charged $9.50 cashier said because prices increased . The ice was very soft and cashier was polite , my only complain is please update your menu prices correctly and hire another employee , wait time was very long due to only one employee taking orders and making items , also corn is yellow corn (not white natural corn ) , tasted straight from a can and I was charged $5 for it , not worth it .
