Better meal selection than My Fit Foods and not spicy
If you like doing business with robots then go ahead. I contacted them way before my order even shipped asking them to please move my order to the following week due to the fact that I had to go out of town to deal with a family medical emergency. Things happen in life and they are stressful enough to deal with. I did not want a box full of food to be left to rot in front of my door in Houston’s summer heat for 5 days. I simply asked as a one time thing to move my order to next week due to extra ordinary circumstances… this is the first time I have ever felt with such a heartless company. They absolutely did not care about the situation and told me that even though the food was not going to be shipped for days it didn’t matter they wouldn’t budge and won’t move the delivery date. I’m a business owner as well and I always try to help my customers and be understanding. Snap kitchen is all about hiding behind certain policies and they do not care of their customers need a little help in case something unexpected happens to them. I did not ask for a refund, simply to ship it later. I was told a categoric NO! So I cancel my subscription and a box of food will rot in front of my door for the next 5 days while I’m in the hospital with a family member … thanks Snap kitchen , I will NEVER give them my business again.

It was good! The fact that you can take a platter and just heat it and eat it is great! Definitely coming back!
Bad experience multiple times with service and can see why they are on death's doorstep. Expensive unless you have a salary in the six figure range.
I have to applaud them because their meals used to be…not the best. But in recent months, they have gotten SO delicious! Way tastier than any other meal service I’ve tried in Houston. The flavors are on point now and I love how they have more options inspired by different types of cuisines.

Staff yesterday 10/1 at 1pm was not wearing a mask when I entered, not when he closely approached me to offer help, and not when I was trying to check out while he went on and on about their weekly subscription promo 2 feet from my face. Who knows how many people this guy is exposed to while working there. I am high risk with current health problems, which is why I am shopping for convenient and healthy food. I shouldn't have to complain about something like this at an establishment like this.
Used to be a great option for quick clean meals. Unfortunately the quality of the meat has gone WAY down and now they don’t even cook it. Not tasty, not safe, and just disappointing.
