SLOW , RUDE, AND TASTED BAD ? Tri-fectia!By far the worst smoothie king experience ever. I've been a loyal customer since I was a kid and there were only a few locations. I have always loved the speed and the high levels of customer service. I love the friendly atmosphere I usually get from every other location but this one. Will travel to another location before I'm subjected to this subpar service.
I used the Smoothie app and bought 2 smoothies. I waited about 25 minutes in the drive thru. I told them my name and only had 1 smoothie ready . They asked me what I ordered and asked me to pull forward out of the drive thru. So I waited another 5 minutes for the 2nd smoothie. What is the purpose of ordering ahead ? These 2 employees are clueless. Waste of time. Waste of money.
Got here today, Saturday, at 7:55pm and the lobby was closed, drive through only. Taking my business elsewhere!
2 robot women in there don’t care about da orders.. needa just hire real robots who would at least get the order right
She forgot to even put my order in after I got to the window, they were quick though once the mistake was realized
Awesome smoothie king location, they let me bring my dog in to order. Nice staff!

App sucks fr, can never place an order. Always loading never working. Find a new vendor for online order olo.com is terrible
