You walk in and it just feels uncomfortable. I wasn't greeted in fact the two male workers there never said anything and I had to guess where and when I pick up my smoothie because they just sat it on counter like I'm the only one that might have ordered online like I don't know this locations is not great I will go to the cypress wood location they are amazing I would even go to the smoothie king off of veterans memorial and wait a long time because at least their customer service makes you at least acknowledged.The owner reached out to me and this was what changed my one star review to a 5 star. The time it took to resolve an issue was among the best I've encountered and yes this I'm sure is my new favorite smoothie king. Upon my next visit different employee and yes they said hello to me and it did not feel as gloomy as first time this time made me feel like an actual customer. Thank you smoothie king and everyone that works there you are very much appreciated Yall work hard. Smile more and I'll be back 4 times a week ?
This is my preferred location for my smoothies. Their service is always prompt and courteous. I am not disappointed with their skill in preparing my smoothies either.
Turbinado is still sugar so the menu’s ‘No Sugar’ symbol on drinks which contain it is misleading.When purchasing your item; prior to the drink being made, you are given the option on the pin-pad - Tip or No Tip.I have been an employee in which my income was supplemented by tips, but this is AFTER I have given above-par service or a pleasing product.
There are many different options to choose from and I can always find something I like depending on what mood I'm in. The service was speedy, friendly, and the place was nice and clean. A nice little pick me up treat.

I Waited 30 minutes for a smoothie and they didn’t know anything about the order. I placed it online in hopes that it would be ready when I arrived. My order wasn’t ready and 10 orders went out after I placed mine. After waiting 25 minutes an employee asked what my order was and said she didn’t see the ticket. She asked to confirm the address but didn’t know the exact address of the location herself. Why ask to confirm if you don’t know the address? I told her I wanted a refund and got another employee to assist. A man named Cory confirmed the location was correct but still didn’t see my order. At that point my lunch is almost over because I was waiting on a smoothie. I asked him for a refund and he says ok but didn’t do anything. I asked him if he was going to refund the order while I was in store and he said he didn’t know exactly what to do and had to call his owner. How am I supposed to get my refund if the employees can’t do it? App support says to call the store location but they obviously couldn’t help me so who do I speak to? My lunch hour was wasted and I didn’t have time to get anything else.
