The service on Saturday is super slow. I wait 45 mins drive thru for getting my smoothie. I wish I could get off the drive thru line, but there is median, I cant get over it.They messed up my smoothie . Do not recommend this location on Saturday.
Ordered smoothies today and all three of us are sick this would be my last time coming to this location

Ordered a gladiator vanilla, just a regular gladiator vanilla in the drive thru. The person taking the order was very rude and hostile towards us. We got the “smoothie” and it was just watered down and hardly even a smoothie with any flavor. I went back to confront the issue and the person who took the order/made it, and Marla said it was us who didn’t know how to order. Extremely rude considering we are paying for a smoothie and receive flavored water. Worst smoothie king I’ve been to and the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
Today 09/27/2021 will be the last time that I return to this location. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Went this morning around 7:30-7:35AM to be greeted at the drive-thru speaker by a very ghetto and rude order taker with a hostile tone. I am spending my money there, don't give me no sass asking me "what kind of protein you want, vanilla chocolate or peanut butter? Talked to corporate this morning around 9:00AM and they stated that they would escalate the situation to the store management.To build on top of what a previous reviewer said: it's amazing how they have a glass jar in the window saying "tips greatly appreciated" yet want to give "sassy" and hostile service.I think that I will just go to location closer to Westheimer and City West instead.
The smoothie was great, but there was a long line in the drive thru, so I went inside to order thinking it might be quicker. It was quicker, but not by much; there was only one employee working. I'd go again, but maybe when they're not busy so I won't have to wait as long.
This location alwaysssssss take 30mins plusss to make your smoothie when lines be empty or only 1 car

I’ve lived near this smoothie King for four years every time I go it takes over 30 minutes to get a smoothie. The customer service is hit or miss. It’s not a very convenient place to stop, if you’re in a rush.
