Not a friendly staff. Maybe it’s an off day. I don’t expect exuberance but this crew was just emotionally flatlined. no greeting. no thank you. no smiles. it was like being served by a vending machine. i gave three stars because the smoothie was good and they did work efficiently and the place was clean. other locations i’ve visited in Houston and other cities were friendlier.It would be great if these reviews allowed scoring for food, service and cleanliness
This was my first time at a smoothie king and decided to give it a go since I’m from out of town. But wow, what a lackluster experience! The employees have zero customer service, they barely said hello and acted as if it hurt to take my order. Not a vibe at all

Came to this smoothie king on Kirby. Horrible and lazy employees. Both times I went was a bad experience. First time Employee were mad because I walked in 30 mins before closing they had lights off and really didn’t want to attend to my wife and I. Second time I went one hour before they close employees lock doors right in front of me and turn lights of them hide. Owner need to find employees that actually want to work. Will never go back also will spread word about this place.

The drive thru line was long but moved quick and my order was on point!
Horrible place. They took my money online and claimed my order was picked up when it was simply two order I put in. Gross employees
