i visit this store most. service, food quality and cleanliness and are good. employees are friendly. varies some from shift to shift but overall the staff is friendly and serves quickly.parking is challenging at this location especially during peak business. smoothie king can’t really do anything. but it has affected my decision to stop or not. not only is parking limited but some of the parking spaces are difficult to get in to and out of.

This location is bad relative to other Smoothie Kings. The service is slower and they put too much ice in the smoothie. In addition, getting in and out of the place is a nightmare because it's right at a very busy intersection with like 5 parking spaces.

They don’t make their smoothies like other smoothie kings. Wish I just made a shake at home honestly
My first time at this location and the customer service was horrendous. The 2 women working today looked miserable like they didn’t even want to be there. I was not greeted or acknowledged at all.
Smoothie was delicious. Customer service was wonderful. Wait time was longer than I would’ve expected, however I’m uncertain what all goes into their craft. I docked a star because of the poor parking situation.
DO NOT ORDER THROUGH UBER EATS! Don't say I didn't warn you either. So I ordered a smoothie and 3 snacks(chocolate covered almonds, dark chocolate cashews, and yogurt pretzels). All I received was the smoothie after spending $22.34. The uber driver tried to reach me but was having trouble. Smoothie King did not attempt to call me at all! Apparently on their end they couldn't see what snacks I wanted. SO WHY NOT JUST CALL ME INSTEAD???? Then when I called them after getting my incomplete order, Joslin, couldn't even tell me why they didn't think to just call me. So they knew I ordered extra stuff, but said screw it who cares if we don't know what it is, let's just send her rhe smoothie. I tried to call the manager Jullien, but of course she didn't answer the phone and you can't leave a message. Thank God Uber refunded me what I didn't receive. I just don't understand WHY they didn't try calling me if they knew their app was messed up on their end. Do better with your communication please
