I cant say much for the customer service but ive went twice in the last 3 days and ordered the same drink and both drinks taste extremely different from how the drink normally taste.Not sure whats going on in there but it is Obvious that the people that work there dont know what their doing and certainly dont know how to make simple smoothies
8:15 pm on a Monday. Lobby locked and they wouldn’t serve? Open till 10pm??
I give it 5 stars if/when 3 specific people work that day. 2 stars when everyone else works...ik, it's a big difference but the drinks should be made the same way, no matter who makes them, right? Anyway, now what I do is, if I don't hear the people I like in the drive thru, I'll just leave and come back another day.

Customer service was the worst that I have ever experienced. If could give zero star I would. The tall guy and the short lady were both very disrespectful. I ended up just asking for a refund. I will not be back to this location and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else to visit here as well.
