The first smoothie I ordered was an “island impact.” It was a variety of fruit in it but the only thing I could taste was mango. I informed an employee of this and asked if it could be remade. The 2nd smoothie I received tasted like straight water. It’s like they tried to compensate for the lack of fruit they added with ice. It’s even super thin like juice. Highly disappointed.

This morning I wanted to take my friend who just had recently had surgery in his mouth and couldn't eat any solid foods. He had never tried a smoothie before and being that I love Smoothie King so much I offered to take him to Get a smoothie in Meyerland. When we walked in it was only one car in the drive thru and no one inside. We were greeted, but since it was his first time he needed time to look over the menu and asking me questions on the different add ons and etc. It was two people in there at the time working behind the counter and neither of them asked if we needed help with the menu, have we been here before, or anything. But it's okay because luckily I been to smoothie king before and I knew some of the questions he had to ask. When he decided we got to the counter and none of them approached us. I asked for assistance by letting them know I was ready, she said give her a moment while completing a drive thru order. She took his order asked for his name and we paid. We waiting for the drink to be done and it was just sat on the counter. She didn't call his name or let us know the drink was ready. If I wasn't paying attention the drink would've just say there. Then why even ask him his name but then not call out his drink when she sat in down? When I asked her was the drink ours, the lady said something but I couldn't really hear her. Mind you the blender was going so I couldn't hear and asked her again was the drink his because I couldn't hear her. She loudly yelled at me as if I was annoying her. Then said she couldn't hear me when I asked for a spoon because the blender was going. She told me no they didn't carry any spoons and also said that she couldn't hear me because of the blender. But it was a mutual because I couldn't hear her but I wasn't aggressive or annoyed like she was towards us. Unnecessarily rude, I felt bad because I brought my friend to place where he felt he wasn't appreciated or shown any good customer service. And since my friend and I both have jobs in customer service I think we know how to treat customers especially new ones. He had to tell me he didn't even want the smoothie anymore and would never return. Which sucks because I know and have had better experiences with SK at many locations. I am disappointed for this way to start our day and just won't be returning to the location.

Pretty much the same quality you would see at any of the other smoothie kings. Usually stop by this one when I'm in town to see my friend and we go work out together near by.Pros: clean, tastes great, easy to get too

Gentleman in drive thru was extremely rude. Terrible for customer service. Won't be coming back ?.

The guy in the drive through was rude and rushing us to order. We asked for time to look at the menu and he seems uninterested. We thanked the worker for our order and got no response it’s obvious the person did not want anything to do with the job.

I have visited this location often but today I went through the drive through and received my smoothie. One sip and it tasted like water. There was no flavor at all but I wasn’t upset at that. I was upset when I had so get out of my car and to go inside and ask for another drink. The problem is their attitude. They looked at me like I made the mistake. I kindly told them that the drink tasted like water. It was the worse smoothie I ever had but to get an attitude when you work in customer service is unprofessional. I was not rude in any form and they didn’t even apologize or make you feel like coming back. Customer Service has left the building!

Addictive smoothies. Nice and professional employees. The drive through is small, but there is plenty of parking around the building. Gets busy sometimes, especially on $5 Fridays.

My first time at this smoothie king I have been sick for three days every since that smoothie. I never could even finish it. Do not go here if you don't want to get sick!
