Terrible experience. I went in with two small kids. I had a medical emergency while waiting for my smoothies and had to use the bathroom. The first employee refused which fine I’ll hold it as much as I can. I asked for a manager and he was so rude and lacked empathy and customer service. He didn’t try to hear me out. When I asked for a different manager he refused. When I asked for a card or the corporate number he threatened to call the cops on me for no reason!!! Just because I asked for the corporate number! Did not know how to deescelate the situation at all.
Very horrible customer service. Waited forever for my smoothie. When I asked for a refund, he said I should just wait cause the refund would take longer. Very rude. Didn’t tell me his name after I told him I would call corporate to report incident
I spend alot of money at this place and to have these ppl whom i tip almost everytime do me like this but the last few times i started noticing the extras i added werent in there and i started noticing the drinks getting sweetet and sweeter...well about 150 wasted dollars latet. I realized the girls up there were charging me for stuff and not putting it in my drink. I told myself that it can't be and went back there. I am a very polite and nice person i never act entitled or rude and this time no one would respond to me so i finally said hello and the girl responded "ya?" And i laughed and go uhh ok well can i get a power punch plus? When i got my drink they had givin me one of those lil berries kids drinks or somthing because it was like watered down strawberry and ice with no ingredients other than that. After that i went back and told them and rhey didnt say sorry or even ask if i was sure they just immediately went "ok..." and made me the real thing which still i think they left out the extras they charged me for and gave it to me like i was annoying them for wanting what i paid for...never going back here...by how nervous they acted when i walked back inside i could tell they were tryin to make money off mistreating me.
I will never order online from this location again after speaking with a young man by the name of Demarcus about a order I placed online that I wanted to cancel. The order was placed at 5:15 p.m and I called around 6:30 to cancel it. I was told that the order wasn’t in the system and they could not cancel it. I asked to speak with a manager and the young man hung up in my face. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I gave the young man my order number and everything but I’m still getting charged for a order I no longer want.
Last month I went through the Drive Thru and ordered my favorite 32oz Vegan Pineapple Spinach with Sweet Strawberries. They brought my drink which I paid for and I asked if I could have the remaining part from my Smoothie.. I was shocked when I was told not only, "No, but that I paid for the 32oz and not what was left over in the blender." Now, I understand the technical part that I did receive what I paid for, yet, I was surprised at the response from the male that roared "NO!" He would rather pour the remaining part down the sink. Businesses no longer value, Customer Satisfaction! I don't know if the male employee was just discourteous, stupid, ignorant unprofessional or just doen't care about Quality Service when serving a paying customer! I used to enjoy the Drive Thru option at the Red Oak location. However, it's worth walking inside to receive #1 Customer Satisfaction and my delicious drink! I will take my patronage to the Cypresswood location in the future!
