The Summerwood CS is HORRIBLE, RUDE & DISHONEST!I order the same smoothie every time no matter what location I go to. I honestly frequent several locations from the Heights, Baytown, Pasadena, Wallisville and Clear Lake. However, I just left the Summerwood location without a smoothie.PROBLEMS:The front door was locked and no sign was up stating the lobby was closed. No "welcome" to SK from the staff. I had to repeat my order way too many times. I was told there was an upcharge for every substitution, which I disagreed because I clearly had several receipts in hand from different locations for the exact order (and let him see them as proof). I was then told, the owner of that location made it policy that customers are not allowed to substitute without an additional charge for each item. So, I could not sub my papaya for ginger and dairy protein for vegan. SmhI switched the order to an angel food slim instead of my banana berry, but they do not offer that smoothie there. Since when?!?Summerwood SK, please advise!

Service was going good until they asked me to tip them. Never have I had any problem with tipping but when you ask, yeah you’re not getting one.
I like this location because it’s in my community and they always have great deals, my only issue is the drive thru. 9 times out of 10 I will pay and then be told to move up to wait for someone to come out with my order most of the time this has been unnecessary and actually causes the drive thru to be backed up OR they give the car behind me their order when I still haven’t received mine and I have to move into traffic to let the car out. I understand this needs to be done on occasion but I think it’s been abused. I usually make the trip to the Fall Creek location their a bit faster.

This location gives out coupons that are not honored at other locations. If the coupon is not acceptable at all locations, don't hand them out. For the price of a few smoothies, I can buy an ice crusher blender and make my own.

This the slowest drive through EVEEEEER! I waited 15 mins with 1 car in front of me. I had to repeat myself twice for person to get my other correctly. This location needs more than 1 person here!
