Good Service Fresh fruit for smoothies friendly Employees.

Paid on my app for a 2pm pickup; my friend who picked up the order had to wait 30+mins for it after they argued that they didn't have the order. We showed them the order, and a screenshot of my bank that I had been charged. The appropriate response should have been, "we will make that right away!"Worst location. Hired better staff or pay them more so they don't hate their job!!!!!!

Should be 0 stars for the zero service I received. Stood there for a few minutes, not one of three employees "working" there said anything to me or acknowledged my presence. There was only one other person in the store and they were not being attended to. Maybe a couple people in their drive through, but by no means were they actually working hard for them. I don't expect much nowadays from this generation, but they couldn't be bothered with the least of possible greetings? Maybe the owner will respond to this, but I can tell you now if that if those are the kind of employees you have working your business, nothing what you say will mean anything, because employees always reflect the level of care from those at the top. Don't pretend to be concerned. Anyone else reading this, take your business elsewhere. They don't want it and there is a plethora of other options close by and at far more reasonable prices. Maybe even staffed by people who want to help you.

I love Smoothie King and this is the only one near my commute. I know what my smoothie should taste like when it is made correctly and unfortunately this location gets it right about 3/4 times. The most common issue is the smoothie not being cold enough so it tastes like a homemade protein shake.I’ve had them remake the smoothie several different times which is something I’ve never had to do at other locations and shouldn’t be something I should have to wonder about every time I go. Quality control needs some improvement.

I order from here all the time. They don't fix your smoothies like they are supposed to. I know how my smoothies taste and what color they should be. I went in for an online order 2/15/22. I paid for two smoothies. A lady gave me one and said thank you have a nice day. I said well I paid for two. A young man bought the other one to the counter but it was an orange cream color. I ordered two green smoothies. I told him and he went over to the counter to add kale and blend it. I said this is not what I ordered. The lady came back over and fixed another one. But it tasted like it had frost bites. I need to report them because I also got sick after I drunk my smoothie. All the icecream was sitting out and the two buckets on the counter didn't have a top on it. Any customer that comes to the counter can breath on it! Very unsanitary! I will not be returning!

NOT OPEN INSIDE. Important to note they are not open for walk in customers. If you want snacks or anything you need to go to a different location. The app almost never works for this location so you can’t pre-order.Their drive thru is absolutely terrible but that’s not really their fault. If there is more than one person in front of you in line you are sitting in the middle of a roadway.Workers are hit or miss depending on who you get and how busy they are and smoothie quality matches the workers attitude.

Arrived here at 8:47 pm and they did not want to serve me. Said the establishment was already closed when the door says it closes at 9 PM. This happened to us twice already. I came back the second time hoping the workers were willing to work, but I guess not. They close early because they want to leave exactly at 9 PM and not stay longer cleaning. Really bad for customer service.

Went in first time to this location to purchase smoothies. The girl at the register seemed in a hurry. She turned her back and walked away. Cashier Wuan then came over to service us.Next she came came back out and was taking ice out of the freezer and her entire head and hair weave was in the freezer. She then turned around and and was speaking to Wuan with a sneakOn her face. I believe he was asking her toGet the cup holder and she didn’t want to get it. This is the reason why I avoid eating out and going to places where some individuals just lack good customer service skills. Neither of themKnew who I could have been. I definitely didn’t leave a tip. Overall thank you for stepping in Wuan.

My wife and I showed up at 830am. There's only one employee that's working, he said he's been by himself since 6am... Drive thru had 4 cars, there were 5 people in the lobby waiting for their orders. Tre'von is the hard working employee that was knocking out orders. This location is busy and should be staffed for it.
