When walking in, the no AC hits you in the face right away. It was HOT and took me a while to cool down when I grab a table. The menu has little pictures for those who wants to experience this place. The wait staff is friendly and you can asked for any suggestions. I personally think you should take it. I did not and went with something more exciting… pork intestines and blood noodle soup. The aroma smell when the hot pot hits the table was like underpit smell. It was strong and the noodle soup was delicious. The tables were barely clean with disinfectant (they just clear the dishes from the table). Overall, mixed experience and I would come back again to try something less stinky.
I liked the soup that we had (not shown in pictures). It was one of the dishes that were not as spicy or salty. The other dishes were overly spicy or salty. The restaurant had very little wait time, and the staff were super friendly.
Hella good food! Place is usually quiet which is even better! Food comes out really quick and the staff are very kind.
First time here. I ordered the ground beef Sichuan noodle. It was delicious. I really loved the mix of spicy with something else that makes your lips and mouth little numb. Good feeling!
Ordered 4 common Szechuan dishes, the cumin lamb (孜然羊肉)was good but a little bit over spicy. The cold noodle (川味凉粉)and sliced beef in chili sauce (夫妻肺片)are OK dish. But the pork intestine and blood tofu hot pot( 砂锅肠旺米线) are wayyyyyyyy too salty, we pulled whole glass of water then feels better. And most of the dishes are a little bit over priced. Not coming back anymore. Not recommend.
Me and my friend are adventurous eaters and decided to try this place out. The food wasn’t bad, but it was not for both of our food palate. The portions where generous, but the food left an odd after-taste the rest of the night. I brushed my teeth and tongue right when I got home. The food looked good, but just not to my taste.
I went today for noodles and definitely I will not come back. The taste was weird and the flavor of the meat was old.Service is slow.Very disappointed.
Tried this place out when it recently opened and wanted to help the restaurants opening during covid but I have to say it was the second worse and rude Service I ever been and we eat out a lot in China town . Came in literally behind this one group. Sat down and ordered some food. Then the food kept on coming to the table that came right in front of us . Asked if our food was coming yet because we only ordered 2 dishes and the other table seems to have 5/6 dishes came out already and they said sorry they ordered first already ...ok not a problem . Then she came in a few minute and asked sorry what did we ordered again ? Seriously ? We told her our order and instead of making sure our order gets down right away, another table came after us started getting their food. Later We asked and she said in broken English Ki they ordered before. We argued and she said here look at the compute Le that our order time is after that table . We said that was because she forgot our order for 30 minutes and asked doe it again and entered it into the system later than that table that came after us. She didn't fully understand abs just started to push me and tell me to go back to my table . Later check came and we paid and not a single apology or nothing . Never again . First of all need to get someone that speaks some English and understand more English to communicate . Secondly mistakes happens so just apologize instead of excuses and then pushes customer to their table !!!! Worse and most rude service even for Asian service standard !!!!
First time here and the place is small but with plenty of room to sit. The waitress came and took our orders, answered our questions thoroughly and came back with our appetizers pretty fast. They were delicious, the flavors were amazing! Then came the entrees and they were even better! The flavors that the food had was so good, we stuffed our faces until we could no more. Definitely coming back to try other things.
One of the best places I’ve eaten at! Huge portions, great prices, and amazing flavor! Their fish hotpot is the best I’ve ever had and could easily feed a family of 3 or 4. The service was great, you can tell they care about their customers. Do yourself a favor by checking out this restaurant!
