The food was delicious!! I think the cheek cake was the one thing I thought could have had a bit more taste lol. Pricey but delicious!
I love their happy hour on weekends. The price is decent but it is fine done sushi. It’s a cute date spot with great tapas!The food was pretty price. You’re date better be worth it. Lmao ?

Went there the first time. Good customer services and great food. I would say overall love the place. Only one dish didn’t like, the clams wasn’t too fresh for my taste but the manager took it out of the ticket. I would go again.
Literally in love with this place! It's my favorite place for Asian cuisine. It's so unique! The flavors of food sound incredibly when reading them but taste amazing! Like bacon mochi? What?? Trust me. It's amazing. Ever had apple on sushi? Amazing. The drinks are just as unique and have a nice variety! If you are not sure about it, I would recommend going for happy hour as it can be expensive and then going back again. They do change their menu with the seasons I believe, so it's original and always something new to try. The atmosphere is beautiful and the service has always been top tier!
Great experience at Shun last Saturday. Unmistakably Japanese but many dishes have a twist (think lightly caramelized tuna belly!) resulting in unique dishes. Service was very attentive, and dishes came out at a gentle pace. Yuzu ceviche and Hama crudo were refreshing. Hamachi kama yaki was substantial size. Beer mussels were good. Cauliflower tempura and toro brulee were amazing.
First time at Shun blew me away! This not so hidden gem in Houston is now one of my top 3 sushi spots in Houston. Definitely recommend sake pairing, very broad sake selection. Loved the uni pasta, will definitely be back!
Truly such an amazing experience. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff. Every dish was tasty and aesthetically pleasing. To our surprise, at the end we even got a chance to meet the executive chef and owner! We wish we had enough room to have the fluffy pancakes! We will back! This was a great Sunday Fun-Day!
This place was fantastic. I think I most enjoyed the entryway. The Japanese theme was super strong and intentional. The service was great and the food was super interesting and tasted fantastic.We ordered the wagyu which was so delicious and just melted in the mouth.If you're looking for a higher end place where you'll spend a lot of money but get your value, this is the place.I particularly enjoyed the origami swans clipped to the drinks
Menu changes season to season, food is always solid and unique, staff is so friendly and welcoming. One of our favorite spots for sushi and variety of other delicious bites! Go during happy hour and try one of everything!
