Sushi was amazing! Great service. It was quite warm in there. They need to make the place cooler. Especially since they have the grills going. Otherwise it was a great experience.
Food was amazing. The drinks are worth getting. Strong ?? & tasty.. Ronald the waiter was super nice an d attentive.. definitely coming back. We loved it.
Went last night for my sisters birthday... The only issue was that my husband didnt want rice from the hibachi but the chef put rice on his plate. Then chef realizes his mistake and puts the plate wit rice in front of one of my sisters. Except my husband had already eaten off this plate when we were eating sushi earlier... so my sis had to get another plate and had the server bring her some more rice. I think they should bring out fresh plates or have smaller plates for if you are sharing sushi ? with someone... other than that it was a blast!!!
It wasn’t good at all!! We live close by and we had previously decided it wasn’t a good place to eat due to other reviews. However, it was the only place open on thanksgiving and we decided to give it a try… we should have just stayed home and ate ramen or something!! It was a waste of $70, the place itself smelled bad and none of our food was good not even the fired rice.. even the lemon in my water was old and nasty.. save yourselves the disappointment and just keep driving.
Hibachi and sushi restaurant so expect a bit of a fried smell environment due to the grill. Would help if they had overhead ventilation over the grill. As a first time customer walking in, I was thinking of raw sashimi and sushi but it smelled like a fried food restaurant. So I ended up getting a shrimp tempura bento... everything is fried on that plate! Def was good but felt heavy afterwards. Also tried the specialty rolls and it was very delicious. Would have gave it 4 stars if it wasn't for the atmosphere but I will def Comeback send maybe sit outdoors.

Save the money and buy some romen noodles from Walmart. Over priced field rice & the sushi is soggy as can be.
Celebrating our grand daughter’s birthday tonight. Had an absolutely amazing time! Everything was wonderful and service excellent!! Thank you for this special night.
The rip-off that this place is....plus it's got BLACK MOLD.I ordered a large chicken fried rice and the proportion I received is slightly bigger than a small... for the $14 almost $15 I spent on RICE with maybe ONE chicken breast in it...its absolutely astounding. The Sho Guns on 146 in Mont Belvieu offers almost 2 to 3 times the amount I received from this place. And when I talked to a manager about it..all she could say was "sorry ma'am, but that's our large." Didn't offer a refund, half refund, or even an extra proportion or ANYTHING. She was rude and couldn't care less. The owner of this location is absolutely ripping his customers off on their proportions......so bad that I had to go somewhere else to get more food because it was not enough to fill me. Maybe enough for a 10 year old child off the kids menu. I'm furious. Might I also add..... I saw BLACK MOLD on the ceiling around the air vent.
Absolutely the best teriyaki I have ever tasted. Also the best Hurricane! Everyone is extremely polite and the service is AMAZING. Props to Joseph! Check this place out!!
