The best Shipley’s donut shop in the city. Donuts are always hot. You can go at 8pm at night and still get hot donuts. My kids love this spot and it is always consistently busy, but worth the wait. Feel like this location takes pride in delivering quality. In the 8 years we have been coming here, the staff is the same. Even through the pandemic, they were consistent. A staple for the Garden Oaks/Oak Forest community. Love this place!
Best location in the city. They’re open till 2am. Get your hot glazed donuts anytime of the day. Definitely visit this location once a day.

I give this location a 5 star rating but unfortunately here recently I have noticed that the recipe for the donuts have changed I give the new recipe a 0 star rating. Shipley’s bring back the old recipe that’s what made you #1 in all of Houston why mess it up now… I have been coming to this location ever since I was a child and it’s the best hands down in all of Houston, the donuts here have always been light airy fluffy hot and fresh but not anymore now they are smaller and heavy like a cake the taste isn’t the same and I say it again… Shipley’s bring back the old recipe that’s what made you #1 in all of Houston why mess it up now…

The white glazed topped donut is amazing and they are the only ones that do it so perfectly. Worth trying. Friendly service for the most part. They can be judgemental if you are homeless even if you choose to live free amongst the stars. Oh well most ppl are now a days.
We've been to many Shipley Do-Nuts before because they are the best ? and we've been to this location twice because apparently the donuts here are "always" fresh no matter the time... and they were right. We visited once on a Saturday around 2pm and again on a Thursday around 6p and the donuts were hot, fresh, and the glaze... ? oh boy. Definitely recommend a visit here!

Normally when I come here the donuts are fresh! But the day I came on 1/20/2022 the donuts was NOT fresh they were cold. Who wants cold and not fresh donuts ? Not me! So I ask the lady that was working the drive thru, how long for fresh she said about 3 mins. I told her I would wait because I prefer the fresh ones. I return the bag back to her, she SNATCHED the bag out of my hand!!!!! Very rude and no good customer service at all. When I spend my hard earned money I want to be treated with respect!!! I doubt it if they every see me again!!! They should really do something about they customer service.
