Very nice lady served me good coffee and an awesome Kolach while being watched by the FBI as I was writing my review of Ms. Smith's clubhouse.
Poor customer service. Employee had her ghetto boyfriend telling customers the lobby was closed at 7pm. Rude. Really expected better customer service from the Shipleys tradition.
Typically good but this last time the donuts were stale...overall a great location..everyone has bad days...
The other day, the ham and cheese kolaches were the most amazing they have ever been. It would be nice if they added more cheese to them in general though.
Gosh these beautiful people always make my morning ? they started having someone outside the drive though with a tablet taking orders- so the morning line isn’t so bad
There really needs to be a menu of donut flavors for the drive thru customers. I asked for a dozen mixed donuts because I didn't know what donuts flavors were available. The person gave me the plainest, cheapest, least desirable donuts there. She gave me 1 filled donut out of the 12. If I had wanted all plain donuts then I would have just ordered a dozen glazed which would have cost less. I am disappointed in the service here.
Didn't have the donuts I wanted. The powdered raspberry filling. But I got a chocolate covered, Bavarian filled eclair. And it was pretty good.
Always hot and fresh..Always have the donuts I want that don't be at other Shipley's and service is great.
Plain sugar donuts all day! Also gotta get a kolache.
