Was craving beignets. Went to the Westheimer location and ordered the full order (4pcs) which is $6-$7. You can also order half which is $4. The beignets were hot and very large, should have ordered the half one. The staff was friendly and they served our food fast.
Significant to extreme language barriers each of my three times here over the last year resulting in problems ordering and wrong orders. Extreme grace, mercy, & value to *every* one BUT critically important to atleast understand the names of your many products in English even if not able to converse fully. :-| :-(On the plus side, everything has always tasted good enough and the kolaches were super warm. :-)
Wow! Cleanest shipleys I've ever been in and the service was exceptional. We picked up our order at almost 9pm and everything was hot and fresh.
Mexican lady at drive thru had the audacity to be rude but couldn’t speak English well. Will not return
Shipleys always out does themselves. They are always hot and fresh donuts at this location. Went there at 920pm and got 2 hot glazed donuts that christalized in my mouth. It was amazing. Thank you!!
This place is ridiculous, the food was cold and I wasted my time coming all the way back up here when the god is supposed to be made to order. The employees were very rude, don’t waste your time coming to this place .5/5
Ok I love Shipleys and this location makes amazing made to order beignets which keeps me coming back. I WISH the customer service here was better but it’s consistently bad… just know what you’re in for and you won’t be let down.
Have been in drive thru for 20 mins now and they have only served one person. It's 9 am and they already have the donuts ready I don't understand what takes so long but it never fails everytime I come here. There is no reason it should take them 20 mins to get together a coffee and a dozen donuts and a sandwich it's ridiculous. This is a recurring event.
Always able to get fresh hot donuts.
Before I moved about a year ago I used to come to this location at least 2-3 times a week they were so delicious and their customer service was exceptional! I was in the area visiting family for the holidays and couldn't wait to revisit the best donut and kolaches shop in Texas! But I was so disappointed, I'm not sure if they changed management or someone bought out that location but it's no where near the same. The donuts were cold and way smaller than before. The woman at the drive thru seemed very irritated and overwhelmed. Unfortunately I wasn't even able to get my favorite kolaches because they were out of all of them (3 different kinds). It was a very disappointing and unsatisfying visit to say the least and such a bummer that I can't eagerly anticipate those delicious donuts and kolaches during my trips to Houston anymore. Man I'm really gonna miss that ☹️
