Soo good!My new favorite place to eat hamburgers!
First we took our time to order cause it was 9:20 and you close at 10 ... So we choose our 2 burgers dobles with drinks; they did our order for there and it was to go, second they didn't get the name right, and third the order was wrong... no lettuce, no tomatoes, one meat and i pay for two, no sauce, i call 6 times to spoke with a Manager, till now i dont have and answer ... i feel rob, waste 40 dollards...The Customer service was efficient to help solve the issue
Overhyped. My little sister ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, $4+ without fries and it was literally two top-buns with a slice of cheese that wasn't even melted. I wish I had taken a picture because it was too funny. My burger was good though but still overpriced.
OMG their vanilla milkshake must have been made with heavenly grade milk!! YUMMY!!!!!! So guys this was the day I chose to cheat.......wait, hold on that does not sound right. This was my cheat day (much better), and I decided to have a shake while at the galleria. I don't know what I was expecting, but I definitely wasn't expecting premium grade, wowza tasting, tongue backflipping milkshake ?. It was also very affordable and I liked how they call your name instead of a number when your order is ready- makes it personal! Thanks guys, will definitely visit when next I decide to cheat. Dang it...I mean on my next cheat day! ?
Food was great. The customer service received from staff while placing my order was awesome. The cashier did any questions I had regarding options on the menu.
Went for my brothers birthday. Small portions, and a bit overpriced but the food is really good. They didn't have any milkshakes when we went but the drinks were still good ?
This is one of my favorite Shake Shacks to visit in the Houston area. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The food of course, delicious and satisfying. Ingredients and quality continues to be consistent, which speaks a lot about the restaurant it’s cooks and ownership. Javon and the rest of the staff are always able to answer any questions, provide suggestions, and lend a helping hand and glowing smile. Thanks for being part of the Shack Team!!!!
The customer service was horrible at the Houston Gallaria location. Although the burger was fresh My order was incorrect, My fries were cold. I noticed The employees were not only unprofessional with me but unprofessional with other consumers as well.
Always see their food on instagram so i decided to stop by. The staff was very kind and welcome and the food was great as well. The best part about it was that the restaurant was clean!
~The burgers are greasy but delicious the fries are well cooked and yummy.... The service is spot on.... If I had to pull out a negative it would be the prices.... I mean even fancy burger joints don't charge that much and the quality is a hell of lot better....~
