Literally the cleanest Schlotskys i've ever been to. Excellent customer service and Im always greeted coming through the door....... Last but not least the sandwiches are always fresh and hot.
The food was very delicious and hot and fresh I will go back again. And the customer service was excellent.
I ordered the roast beef and cheese combo meal. Really good today. My order was made with care.

I had a horrible experience today at this location. Not only did they not give me my complete order they didn’t even apologize for their mistake. I got to back to work and realized my order wasn’t complete. I returned back to the store they made me wait another 15 mins for soup that looked like it was being heated in a microwave. I’m more upset with the fact they couldn’t even apologize. The meal wasn’t cheap so I feel like it was a complete waste of money because I couldn’t enjoy my meal. I would really appreciate my money back of some short for the disgusting soup I was served. To the both ladies working, please do better this was horrible experience that has left me not ever wanting to return here.
Horrible horrible just flat out horrible. I wasted my whole lunch break trying to get an order that I placed thru the app. They had locked the doors where no one can enter the building. But you see people inside eating. The drive thru line was moving extra slow and they ran out of bread. You can hear the lady on the speaker box saying we can't let nobody in you have to come thru the drive thru. Beyond horrible

I ordered my food through Grubhub for pick up. Entered restaurant to no greeting. Service didn't get any better from there. Food wasn't ready. Waiting in my vehicle until order was ready thinking they would bring it out to me since it was late. Nope, I go back inside to get my order, dude sitting in booth on his phone. He didn't get up to get my order until after I rang the little bell at the counter. Poor service.
How do you make a cheese and pep pizza almost inedible?Nothing like the hundreds Schlotzky's pizzas I've had over the last 25 years. Just terrible.
