We've tried getting food here three times (ordering online) and each time there has been a major error in food preparation. The first and third times we were just given the wrong sandwich, period. The second time the french dip sandwich had no cheese, just a scant amount of beef on dry bread and they left the requested mushrooms off even though we were charged to add them. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this location even though I love Schlotzky's usually.
I ordered a French dip and substituted the roast beef for turkey.I got a sandwich with turkey and cheese. No onions.And they NEVER answer their phone!!!!I told the rude Hispanic woman that I called prior to getting there and she acted like she didn’t understand English.If you want quality food stay away from this location!!!I will NEVER GO AGAIN!!!
This location is the worst I’ve ever visited. My sandwich was very sloppy, the lady that brought my order to me was sloppy and walking like she didn’t want to be there, the restaurant was dirty and nasty and is all stale and dingy looking inside. I only gave one star because I had to select something, other than that I wouldn’t have given anything. I will not be visiting this location again.
I was disappointed when I was a kid schlotskys was my favorite. It has been so long since I went to one. Today o was expecting heaven and my order was not what I wanted ok I get it places are under staffed because this generation not wanting to work but it was sad and then the Cinnabons were hard like a rock.
This genuinely has to be the worst Schlotzsky’s ever. Everytime I order anything from this place there is always 3-5 things messed up on my order. It’s actually wild how consistently they mess up.
Arrived to order a Cinnabon. I was told, “no they are already put away.” I asked is b/c they were closing soon. The reply was yes. I then checked the hours only to learn I arrived 55 minutes before closing.
20mins prior to close and was wanting to order bogo pizza. Saw them inside the store and I was like I see you. I watched them turn away like 8 more customers.Called the Westheimer location to get my order in and they even waited for me to arrive to pickup the bogo pizza. Never trying this one again second time it's closed earlier than listed on maps.
Went inside to order lunch.Two manager types were using a loud drill to fix a small swinging door to the kitchen literally right next to the cash register.They yelled at other workers to help me — they didn’t.Since I was on my phone, I stepped outside to avoid the noisy drill. When I can back in after my call, repeat of loud drill, holler at others and no help, part 2.Would have been wildly creative for either either guy to put down the drill and simply take my order.Crazy outside the box idea.
I am a frequent customer but this store is awful. I’m quite disappointed. They had no large cups for drinks, the Unsweet tea tasted rancid and was days old, and the bread was incredibly stale and hard!
I love Schlotzsky’s but with this location every time I order the pepperoni pizza they never put enough pizza sauce so it’s just a lot cheese and pepperoni. Even the way they cut the pizza is bad. I have been to several locations and have never had quality issues like this location.
