It says on the business doors that they're open until 9 p.m. on weekdays I look online it says 7 p.m. yet the drive-thru is open until 8:30 every time I come here before 8 p.m. they're always closed and no response it's annoying and I'm going to report them cuz this is just ridiculous like the fifth time I've come and they're closed before their business hour say so

I went to get lunch ealier today and let me tell You something the food was Lit and hella good?and over all the young lady kept coming out To clean the tables thats how i know they on their a game .GOOD JOB?
Soggy sandwiches and weird hours. One time I showed up and they were closed at 4 pm. The westheimer location has better quality and better hours.
The last couple times I’ve been here the cinnamon rolls have been over cooked. If you’re paying almost $5 a cinnamon roll, they should be pulled out of the oven correctly.

I love sandwiches and I especially love Schlotzsky's. Their sourdough bread is the right mix of fluff with a slight crunch on the edges. The Original and the Turkey Bacon Club are my favorites. The layered meats plus toppings are the perfect combination. Staff is always friendly and sandwiches are always fresh. They have an app and points system to earns rewards with every purchase.My only small issue is the chips. I loved the Cracked Pepper chips they used to serve. A couple weeks ago I was told they were out of that flavor. Last night they said they had them back in stock. The new bag was a different brand, much thicker and way more peppery than their original chips. Not sure if this is a across the board or just the location near my house, but I hope they bring the original Cracked Pepper chips back because those were wonderful.

For fast food this place is good. I ordered 6 cinnabon rolls toget with lunch, and they ran out, only had 5. So in place of one, they put a mini in its place. Safe to say, I wasn't thrilled...The sandwich was good though...
