Very disappointed with this schlotzkys , I’ve arrived to pick up my order that was done online and accepted by the store, confirmed at 830pm, just to find out that the location closed before it’s publicly posted hours- I arrived promptly @850pmIt’s frustrating because there are several drivers waiting to order assuming the location is open, based on its store hours and with in the time it took me to post this - I was doing my best to try and get in touch with the staff to see if I could even pick up my order. they are closed and do not answer the phone - now I can not pick up my order or prove it was not collected- money wasted during a time when pricing is going up and this how businesses want to justify their price increases. Service is still a priority and expected regardless of cost of goods.9:06pm updateAfter posting the above I had to come and update my findings. As I was leaving the parking lot, two staff members were leaving for the evening. i asked why the location was closed early. I was told they close at 9pm, so they confirmed, they closed at 9. I then explained that several of us were waiting in the drive thru for orders and mentioned I called the location just to pick up my order and there was no answer.I asked why they accepted the order, knowing they were closing early. Then they asked what I ordered- then one of them states that all orders were tossed.I asked why they asked for my order if they just tossed everything. This was not ok, because some of us are PAID customers with nothing to show for it. It becomes more frustrating, when they seem to have packed several bags of food for themselves and yet those of us who also ordered are left with with out.I explained I was in the parking lot, & expressed I would be contacting management in the morning. the boy seemed to have gotten upset and said they didn’t close early, and told me to get out of here!Sincerely disappointed and schlotzskys stakeholders should be embarrassed of this behavior and customer service at one of their locations.Reading the reviews seems to be a reoccurring problem. Management doesn’t seem to be able to get this location to a satisfactory level like it’s affiliated counter parts.Save ur money order from anywhere else.
Great Sandwiches. The bread is fresh baked and delicious. The ingredients all taste fresh as well. The staff are efficient and the restaurant is clean. Ample parking outside, just off the feeder of Hwy 59. Enjoy and Bon Appetit! ???
Yesterday night I went to get a Cinnabon and they said they were out and it would be 20 minutes. Came back in ten minutes and they said they were out of Cinnabons come tomorrow. Came today in the middle of the day at 3:50 pm they said we don't have any Cinnabons. So I drove to the window and asked why not? The young man at the window says we have 4 but we keep them for online orders. The management team needs to seriously reevaluate the workers at this location. They are losing the company money and the customer Service as well as service period is not up to standards.
1st I tried the original it was ? delicious2nd day tried turkey club and also deliciousThen tried Cinnabon delicious like everything else I’m working my way down the menu so far so good and service was not slow 2 days in a row ???
Food is great and service is good but they take way too long to give you the food especially for a drive through. When I came there was one person that already had ordered waiting at the window and it took 20 min for them to get their food and then took another 15 min to get ours. It’s suppose to be fast food. When we pulled up to the window, there was one guy getting the orders and same guy making our food. They need to have more staff working to cover window, preparing, and dealing the front. By the time we left there was about 7 people waiting in line. This is ridiculous. If we could’ve left the line, we would’ve left.
Wow! I've eaten at alot of schlotskys and this location just made me the best Chicken avocado ? Flatbread I've ever had. Seriously.. soft but flakey crust, fresh creamy cheese, toppings all cooked to perfection. And 2 for 1 Wednesday so I have a BBQ chicken pizza left for dinner. I'm impressed ?
For an online order instructions say: “Go to the online order counter and pick up your meal. Look for the order that has your name on the bag.”Business is locked with no way to enter. After the disaster of parking that is this location I’ve had to drive all the way around the entire complex just to wait in their tiny car line for even longer. The person at the window seemed confused why I was picking up my order there. Would not recommend.Edit: got home and my order is wrong. Thanks Schlotzky’s!
They listen to you and normally do a good job getting your order right ☺️.
It doesn't taste bad there meal just a bit dry for my liking
Actual food doesn't live up to the pictures on the menu that look so great .... consistently disappointing somehow but hard to pin down why exactly. Maybe because it looks better than fast food, but actually IS just fast food quality.
