Best Schlotsky's in SE Houston!Johnathan took my order and our pizza and sandwich came out perfect!Even though it was busy Johnathan was cheerful, courteous, and quick. He had answers to all of my questions.Bathrooms were clean along with the lobby.Soda machine didn't have carbonation. So had lemonade and sweet tea. Johnathan apologized for the inconvenience and offered a few non bubbly beverages.Top notch keep up the good work.P.S. over the years, this Schlotsky's location was not known for the best of service. I'm not sure what changed but keep it up, as recently it have been top notch.
I know that this is a franchise and y'all aren't responsible for the recipe and I'm sure you're all very nice and good ppl, but gd I just wanna say I could have gotten a $1.25 totinos pizza, overmicrowave it and gotten more flavor and satisfaction out of it. The personal pizza was a flavorless piece of wet cardboard and sadness it was $10 and I feel like God came down from heaven and trash talked my mom to my face ?
former employee there, the manager ivy leung steals the employees tips. she makes about 30-40 dollars a day in tips and at the end of the month she tries to give the employees 40 dollars. also it’s a roach nest back there she refuses to take care of. you people shouldn’t eat there until there’s new management trust me when i tell you!
Absolute favorite sandwich place and this is a great location for it.
Love the chicken bacon smokecheesy Great food,but when I asked for hot sauce they gave me 2 small packets.

Absolute worst experience at a Schlotzsky’s that I’ve ever been to, they took forever to take my order & to make my order and on top of all that they gave me the wrong chips guys really need to do better this is ridiculous
The owner is so cheap; They charge extra for the sauce pack. I advise you guys to go to potbelly or other sandwiches. At least other places wouldn’t charge people on small stuff like this.
I was noticed waiting at the register upon coming into the restaurant, however, my order was never taken. After waiting 5 minutes, I gave up and left. The service was worse than poor since none was provided.
No customers in the restaurant, but the employees never came to the register to take my order
