It is as good as I remember. Very tasty pizza. Unfortunately it's not many locations in Houston. I haven't been there for many years and after covid a lot of places loose it's quality in food industry. Especially restaurants. I am very picky person and I'm ready to give zero if I don't like food. After covid I visited all my favorit places like fast and restaurants. And all of them where just so under my expectations. I gave them 1 cuz 0 doesn't exist. Schlotzsky's didn't give up on quality and taste. I really injoy pizza they make. Tasty tasty tasty. And service is super friendly. Love it!
I caught a lyft from my apartment to Schlotzsky's to enjoy one of the delicious sandwiches on Westheimer and greenridge for them to tell me that they don't take cash and that they can only take a card which cash is all I had to give them the craziest thing is I googled the location to and nowhere on the site did it say that they only take card it's very hot outside and I wasted $8 on a lyft to come to ?
Friendly and welcoming, family environment, clean lobby and clean restrooms. I will be back for sure and bringing friends!
This is an updated review. I had a not so great experience prior and submitted a review. Management reached out to me, apologized for my experience, and offered to replace my order. I didn’t expect them to care nor respond, but they did. Today I returned, and the cinnamon roll was warm, sticky, gooey, sweet, and fresh. They were not hard nor dry. The woman at the counter this morning was warm, friendly, and personable.This is a business that cares about the experience of their customers. The response to my issue far surpassed my expectation. I will definitely continue to patronize this restaurant.

Five stars for going above and beyond on customer service. The cashier for today was great and so was the staff. My order was done perfectly and in a timely manner.
