Food & service were excellent but the music was way too loud.
we enjoyed Sambuca Iâve reached out to the manager from the last outing at Sambuca and he did respond back. But I didnât see any changes as far as the valet driverâs. Each time Iâve pulled up I have to ask them to wear a mask and he did not have one so I provided him a mask but because youâre dealing with the public and getting in and out of peoples cars I would think with them just feel safe during the pandemic and monkey pic that they would want to make sure they are protected but I guess not. Just something to think about

Very loud table initially but was compensated for by great wait staff.
No hosts to greet us or seat us. Once seated we waited over 17 minutes for someone to take our drink order then another 12 mins for the drinks which they forgot 2 out of our 5 people. Upon ordering food again 3 of the 5 orders was wrong. Im pregnant and was celebrating my birthday. I only requested a salad with no onions and grilled chicken on the side. My salad was served dry with no dressing ð© covered in onions and dry chicken on top. I sent it back and they brought me the same salad with the onions picked off. Drizzled the dressing on top and placed the dried out chicken back on it. I sent it back and canceled the whole order. I choose to eat fast food as when we left after 10pm not much else was open. They also proceeded to mess up another 2 of the 5 orders when my guests requested their steak Well Done & Med-Done. Both steaks were brought extremely Med-Rare. Overall a horrible experience and ruined my birthday. The only nice thing was the live music and the drinks were good although I was unable to participate in that part of the festivitiesð¤°ð½. I will not be returning or ever recommending this restaurant.
The date night meal was advertised but not available when we arrived. The crab bisque wasnât available but they did recommend the dip which was a very good alternative. We ordered to potatoes with the salmon entree. It didnât come with the meal so we asked for it. It didnât arrive until after his meal was complete. They offered us a box to take it home however it was taken away when the table was cleared. The second entree was excellent. Filet cooked perfectly, asparagus was a little over cooked. The dessert was decadent. Overall experience was very enjoyable.
A little pricy but worth it. Outstanding service. Excellent drinks and an awesome performance by the Shapeshifters.
Food is terrible. Had to return two dinner entrees. Over cooked calamari, undercooked salmon, overcooked shrimp and linguinis. Should have returned the appetizer as well. The band Shapeshifters was the sole reason for going to Sambuca. The band was excellent!
Texas Eagles was great.
