Their curbside pickup is apparently a "secret" and the associates are less than helpful trying to direct you where to park! Here is a tip Sam's Club, get better markings as to where to direct your customers for pickup and for the love of God... Please train your associates to be more helpful when trying to find out where to go!
5 times now I’ve tried calling customer service and they don’t answer...I call other departments and all they do is transfer the line so I just sit and wait and no one ever answers

Sales associates have tried to start a fist fight with me the last three visits. I have seen trucks being broken into and an elderly woman dragged across the parking lot while someone was stealing her purse. Don't call on the phone to register a complaint as they refuse to answer the phone. They do not care about you as a customer. Avoid this store.
No boxes for your groceries due to the COVID-19. Like who wants bloody meat dripping in their vehicle. I will not be going back. That’s very inconsiderate because they already don’t have bags.
