Well me and my mom went here this afternoon. Had a great lunch, our server Noah was great. Our food and fruit flavored tea was great. We had no issues like always, been going here for a few years now. Great place to just enjoy a good ol meal. Thanks to the whole team working, keep up the great work.
We arrived to the bar as there was a wait time and we requested 3 old fashions with woodford whiskey. As they were preparing them my friend noticed something odd in the bottle and we asked to see it. In the bottle there were more than 10 small flies. Obviously we did not wanted the drink and they did not apologize and said we will get a new bottle. They took over 20 minutes then they stated that they dont have another one. They offered another brand. We got the drink and it was awful. We told our concerns about the drink. With all this we thought that it would be courtesy as we did not drink them. THEY CHARGED US FOR THEM! We went to a table and I told the waiter that I had a rewards point card. He took down my phone number and said I will add this to the account. HE DID NOT ADDED THE POINTS TO MY ACCOUNT! the food was as expected but the service deserve no stars. As a constant salt grass customer please go to another location as this one has the worst service of any location I have been to. Usually the manager stops by but in this location no management was at sight.
I’ve been dining at this location for over ten years. In all my visits I’ve only encountered one time where something happened and they were super quick to remedy the situation. The manager came over and apologized and even brought the corrected dish to the table. If you have a large group just make a reservation online. They have something for everyone and even accommodate our vegan friends. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Better than ever! We annually visit this Meyerland location for celebrations. Today, from the hostess at the door to our server, Shea, it was an excellent experience. The raspberry lemonades were mixed well, each of the appetizers especially the recommended rattlers; to our salads and meals - scrumptious! Shea was attentive, timely, and friendly. The staff was pleasant and courteous to each other and focused on supporting a great ambience and service for every customer. We will be back!

I visited this location on 2/22/21.Every Salt Grass I have ever eaten at is a 5 Star review, but this is receiving a 1 Star review. After paying for an inedible meal, I told our server to throw the 3 entrées into the trash. The two apps were perfect, but I left hungry. After we finish our apps, we waited another hour for the entrees. The food was under cooked, and the other items were double well done. I expressed my concerns to the server. The next morning, I call the daytime manager to discuss all the issues of the night before. They confirmed that shouldn’t happen here. To reconcile the situation, the manager said were going to send me a $100 gift card in the mail. I still to this date am waiting!!
All the food was delicious. The service was great. Clean restaurant. Overall good experience. Love saltgrass! Try the vaquero tacos!
Everything was good except my husbands dish. I don’t know about y’all but for me the salmon looks uncooked. Careful and watch the food you eat!
I had a wonderful meal with brussels sprouts and chicken fried chicken. My server Letha was wonderful and had great customer service. The manager Charles was very nice came and introduced himself and thanked us with for dining there I will be back
waited 25 minutes to be seated friendly waitress waited more then an hour after we ordered food came out ice cold and steak was over cooked and Broccoli was under cooked.... then they asked if I wanted them to redo it. I don't have another hour. have a good night
