Boh employees Lady with glasses is the backbone, she keeps production afloat. while the manager is nonstop cleaning and making sure all is on Par, temp control, hygiene control, and time management,Customer service, is Gold. All 3 stimuli's were met to the tee (Thermal, Mechanical, Chemical)Interesting..April Young Lady, Greet, presentation, speech was crystal clear. Much Potential, Her Expo, skills on #PortionControl is a 100, why is this important.UnLike the other #Salatas their #Portioncontrol is off such as at #houstonheightSalata always with bad energy and pushy..("April's" ) Portion control is important for balance, Experiences of journey as you chew . Amazingly Done, bravo April No BSHer time management was ? patient with confidence. Now if only all other Salata can be as consistent as this employee is. Thanks.
I was so happy to see a brand new salata open less than a mile from my home. This is certainly a go-to place to get a big beautiful salad with fresh greens cleaned perfectly and my favorite a grilled salmon fillet right on top yum.

LOVE Salata's huge portions, and variety of options! All of the dressings are so fresh and unlike anywhere else.
Employees spoke Spanish and some customers were a little rude. Gave them all my change as a tip. It’s the holidays. Wish I could do more but my salad was great and I love this place

I love Salata's selection of super fresh greens, vegetables, fruits, proteins and toppings. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dining area is clean and comfortable. Definitely one of my favorite lunch spots.
