Hadn't visited Salata in a while but I visited today and it was awesome. The interior has been updated and has a fresh, modern look. The service was quick and the employees were nice.
Very clean patio location ! Staff is friendly - and I love how accommodating they are with the food truck in the midst of remodeling. They also aren’t very “shy” with the toppings like most locations. It’s nicely proportioned… will be coming back at least two more times this week!
I want to love this location, but after trying them three times over the last six months I just can’t.They must have supply chain issues because there’s always 3-4 various things missing from my salad (croutons, eggs, green olives, chicken, bacon, croissants, etc), and tonight their ranch tasted like budget grocery store ranch out of a bottle instead of their well known delicious ranch.So confusing and sad because other locations have been great.
I have visited this place mutiple times because its the closest one. At one time they were busy, had fresh food always, great customer service and was speedy. Now the service is very sluggish, the quality of the food conditions has gone down and prices have gone up? Last and final time i went here the lady who was making my wrap used the same gloves she touched on everything to grab my cheese....I have allergies! I thought they were supposed to use the scoops? The next person holes in their glove and was putting my wrap together. Disgusting! When checking out the guy with the blonde hair when asked for additional items, threw my stuff in my bag and tossed it aside!! RUDE!! I know you guys have other customers but you are not busy anymore! For a reason! Horrible customer service and poor standards here! Changing gloves is sanitary!
Gosh don't even bother. I Ordered a salad and desert, received nothing but lettuce. No dressing, no additional topings that I had actually paid extra for. Called the place the general manager promised to fix it and refund but it was all a lie, he never responded Tyler is the GM name and I'm yet to receive my $30 refund plus the extra fees for delivery. Don't lie to people and don't give poor customer service. If you are out of supplies make sure it shows online but to take an order and take customer's cash and pocket it and refuse to keep the end of your bargain is nothing short of robbing consumers. Super disappointed!!!
Food is good but it is not cool that while under renovations the employees has to sit outside in the heat. Plus, they have to take your debit card inside for the entire time (20 minutes) to make your order. Come on now, it’s 2022! This is Vintage Park!
Sadly couldn't eat my salad. They were running way behind but watched him make my salad with his rubber gloves but on his cell phone the whole time. Given it's raw road I couldn't get past the cell phone germ thing

Delicious. Healthy. Welcoming. Environmentally friendly. Simply awesome.They had a large selection of fresh vegetables and nuts to add to each salad, with only a few items needing extra money, like avocado (since it goes bad quickly). You can also get wraps and soups, they're really great with dietary restrictions like gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian. They have reusable silverware (though you can ask for one-use if you want...) which is really great for the environment - less plastic waste!Overall it's such a great place, awesome for healthy meals at any time of the day (the large salads are actually enough to fill you up for dinner)! Absolutely recommend. 10/10
I eat here a lot in person but I have tried on 4 different occasions to order on line. Even though the order goes thru and the address is the correct store, no salad. The first 3 times I blew it off, and paid for the salad twice, in store and online. The next time I tried to call the store to resolve it. No pick up. Tried to call corporate customer service, no pick. Called store back, they answered but for a company that makes its money off good feed back. Meghan at Halcyon Alpharetta Georgia could not have been less concerned. She either hears this story alot or is in the wrong job or both. Was not concerned and after cutting me off several times stated should would "check the system" and "see" if she could give me a refund. I waiting to hear from her but don't hold out much hope. I'll have to dispute it on my card. this is alot of work for a salad. If their customer service were any better I could give them a higher rating but please beware. If you have any issues with this company, you are likely going to have difficulty correcting it.
