I never write reviews never, but I just left Salata with my friend July, 19 2022 around 7:40pm and a worker (Hispanic lady) just bluntly made fun of my weight. A sensitive topic to me and something I’ve been struggling with and just out of nowhere for no reason say and I quote “no pita chips, you need to get skinny like your friend” I never felt so humiliated and embarrassed.
Soooo I love this place! They give the definition of variety when it comes to salads. You can create your own salad. You pick your toppings like: lettuce, onions, strawberries, mushrooms, your dressing and cheeses,etc. And it's pretty fulfilling, I got a large salad ? which I was only able to eat half of it and had to take the rest ? home. They also offer sandwich wraps and kids meals.
I just received my delivery order and as I started to dig in I noticed 2 big hairs entangled in my food. Obviously this is gross! I used to get this all the time but now I don’t know if I’ll return considering the employees do not keep up with their hair while serving our food. Management needs to keep up with this.
Why does the salad taste better then home? I have no idea but love, love, love Salata. Staff friendly and food always fresh.

Long story short I asked for a side of banana peppers… and was told we don’t have any more, mind you while I’m paying for my order.. I’m looking at the customer behind me snack wrap that CLEARLY HAD BANANA PEPPERS ON IT, the girl working that night is a horrible liar, you could see that she didn’t want to give me a side of peppers just plain lazy. Then signals to the rest of the staff as if to act like they’re out of them completely. Unacceptable! I usually speak up when it comes to my food but today I wasn’t on that type of time. Do better.
The staff was very friendly but halfway through eating my salad I found a dead beetle on a piece of the pesto chicken. They refunded my meal immediately but I won't be returning.
I come to this salata occasionally literally. And the few times I did come I got horrible customer service. I don’t usually write bad reviews for customer service unless it was unnecessarily bad which it always is here. I’m generally a nice person so I know when I’m being rude and I was not either time. The only reason I’m not seeking corporate is because I know it will not matter so if you want nasty attitudes with your food come here for sure
This . My friends strongly recommend this to me. The only frustration I had is that they only accept cash up to 20 dlls. I wanted to grab a few orders for friends on Tuesday evening February the 8 at 8 :15 pm and I knew I was going to spend at least 50-60 dlls for that. They explained to me that they don’t accept 100 dlls bill even I told the 2 guys by the bar you may have to give me 40 in exchange only is not big problem. But all my efforts didn’t work. So I went to Whole Foods store instad and I found Organic and healthy salads with No issues. ?
