I’ve been going to this location for several months and today I got the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from an employee by the name of KIMBERLY ! She greeted me as soon as I walked in , walked over and smiled and she was very helpful! Thank you so much for taking good care of me !
I am regular customer from this Store and today I stop by for lunch, for this first time that I run into a bad experience. The lady from the first line was very stingy serving the salad mix, I ordered a Small Salad bowl she started serving a certain amount of salad mix and then I started choosing other options like spinach and other items that they have and then she started taking a portion of the salad mix back to they’re trays, than this lady excuse herself by saying I don’t want to get in trouble because I serve you too much of the salad I was really shock with the experience in this store ! Very Unfortunate I cancel the order. I do believe that there is a lot of room of improvement when it comes about training staff at the business and when serving portions on this salads bars specialy when the lettuce it’s lowest cost item in your business and your most profitable item! Where the business owners are making the big $$$ there so sad. Never again !
The selection and quality of the ingredients was nice. However, as someone with significant food allergies it was a bit difficult to get the staff to understand that I needed them to use different tongs for my spinach and not use what was on top (I'm allergic to lettuce). Also, there was no communication from the first preparer to the last so I needed to repeat the instructions and the why. I know that I make up a small part of their customer base but the anxiety and stress of not being heard means I won't be going back or ordering to go.
Perfect place and the staff works in harmony. Great atmosphere, great food?
I ordered a Cobb salad and they fixed the entire salad but didn't add bacon. They waited until I asked why there was no bacon in my salad before telling me they were out...who would order a Cobb salad and not want bacon.
The BEST salad chain in Houston/Texas. All the ingredients you could imagine. I love loading up on greens & veggies then the Chipotle Southwest chicken & dressing. This place is great if you're really hungry because you can absolutely feast out for however long it takes you to devour your salad and get yourself satisfied and you won't be hurting your health because the food is so healthy! Even people that don't like salads like Salata when I bring them here because there are so many options to customize your meal.
Go to any location except this one. They do not give you any salad. Every other location they fill the bowl with salad except this one. Everything else is standard, the toppings and meat but they skip out the salad. Especially with to go orders, my box was empty. Never coming back, when your on a diet you NEED a full belly of greens not a tiny helping.
Always amazing service. Every employee behind the counter communicates with one another and never, from my experience, questions what is being ordered or how much is being ordered!Salata is one of my favorite spots, but this location always hits like no other.
Busy restaurant but the service is quick. Amazing salads and wraps. Also a good variety of drinks.
Salads are always the best ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐2 stars on the tomato basil soup my goodness Attention to the management lately the soup is way to salty today's soup I had to tossed out I'm sure I'm not the only one that have noticed but Many people decide not to say nothing but please measure the right amount of salt please.
