Best chicken salad sandwich in Houston. The sandwich was huge. The only thing is sandwiches come with pita chips and they don't give you a lot of those. But I promise the sandwich will fill you up.? The baked goods look amazing but I was too full to try any.
First visit. I have to say, we loved our meal and the Rustika coffee was delicious. Will definitely be back. We didn't try their desserts but bought the Cuvee Coffee Beans. Highly recommend. It's small but delicious and eclectic menu.
Bad customer service, I went to the Southwest location. They have the tipping option but they should get no tips. You basically do all on your own. The restaurant had only like two three tables with customers and not even one time a person came to see if we needed something. I had to get up like four times to request what I needed. One of the ladies was doing cartwheels in the kitchen area. The food was good but in general is not worth my time or money. I will not be going there again.
Stop by today for lunch nice environment, tried the famous chilaquiles delicious, the two girls at the from very friendly and helpful i will definitely come back to tried more??
It is 9am on Monday. I just left Rustika Bakery. I needed to cancel a King Cake order for today. I had to drive over because they do not answer the phone. I tried to reach them repeatedly by phone this morning, but there was no answer. I expected the bakery to be super busy, but only two customers were seated in cafe, and no customers in line to order. The manager was sitting at a table looking at her iphone, so they simply choose to not answer the phone. I placed two orders for king cakes online, hoping to get a better tasting cake than what one might buy at HEB. I served one of the cakes last night. It was cinnamon and very dry. It looked pretty but had not flavor. Very very dry. I hoped to cancel my order to serve tomorrow--Fat Tuesday--but despite driving over to the store and explaining my dissatisfaction, the best they could do was offer a store credit..as if I ever want to deal with this bakery again?!? Not sure about their other cakes and baked goods, but if you want a delicious king cake, this is not the place! And if you ever have the need to communicate with a bakery, this is not the place.P.S. In response to the owner's message, I was not rude, although I was frustrated... Wouldn't you be frustrated if phones at all varying times are not answered and you have to drive across town to the store? If you look on other reviews, answering your phone seems to be a lingering problem... and not an issue with multiple lines already in use. The store was empty, and your 'manager' was intently on her personal iphone.Also, I did not ask for a refund for the king cake from this weekend. I accepted the poor quality... and moved on. I was hoping to cancel the 2nd king cake that I ordered for the next day. All I was offered was a credit. I did email you my order, but there was not response. So, instead I figured out how to order online. These were both online orders that were paid for.Your facts are just not accurate. Your bakery has issues, communication being an important one. I am super happy that I found this place !! The white chocolate rasberry cake was amazing ! I had it shipped all the way to Pittsburgh using Goldbelly and the cake arrived on time and in perfect condition. The cake was so moist and flavorful it was hard to stop eating !! The frosting is so yummy! Not to mention that I put a video of the cake on instagram and they responded and were so kind and thankful . I will definitely keep them in mind in the future as well as let others know about how delicious the cake was.

Not impressed at all. I came from the woodlands all the way down to the original cafe with a friend, very poor customer service. I took some food to go, and find out my order was not complete, when I called them, they wanted me to go back to get it, really?
I order a cake for my son yesterday this is like the third time l have order from this place, l had never paid delivery since it’s like 9 miles away from my house. This morning l got a call from a worker stating that l didn’t paid for delivery that l need to paid before they deliver the cake l ask how much it will be she said $28 dollars very upset l try calling a manager and not there. I went on their web site it’s states free delivery within 10miles. I mention to the worker l had never paid delivery she thinks am lying. Very disappointed with this place l even mention that price went up same thing she says they never went up. I told her cancel my order she said you need to speak to manager and there’s no manager available.False advertising on free delivery if it’s less than 10miles.
