I was spoiled by the wonderful concoctions that this place has made over the last few years by my best friend.These ladies make the best black coconut tea I have ever had! And I will continue to go by and get them every chance I get.Thank you ladies for taking such good care of Ms Terry. She always had a great big smile on her face after stopping by your store no matter how bad the day had been.

Their tea selection is second to none, but customer service over the last year could be improved. Inconsistent surcharges and employee explanations of said surcharges make for an unnecessarily uncomfortable and tainted experience. We have a large extended family who faithfully support this business, but it is becoming increasingly less enjoyable to do so.
Unique pleasant coffee cafe that has a wide variety of other drinks as well. Staff always nice and go out of their way to provide a great experience.
This is such a cute and welcoming shop! They have a ton of variety on their menu - gourmet teas (hot and cold), fresh fruit smoothies, and delicious coffee drinks (hot and cold)! And if you are running low on time, they also have a drive-thru making it so easy to grab a pick-me-up when you need it in a hurry!For the teas, you can customize them how you'd like with a number of available boosters - my favorite cold one was the Jasmine Garden Top Shelf tea with a Strawberry Lime boost! The greatness doesn't stop with just tea, they also have delicious coffee drinks - y'all have to try the Cuban coffee, it's a true specialty and one of the few places in town to grab one!The shop itself is super cute - they have all kinds of locally made decor and unique gifts for the coffee and tea lovers in your life... who doesn't want a Texas themed mug!?There's also comfy seating and couches as well as board games for anyone with a competitive edge!
This place is amazing!! The shop is so cute and has such a homey vibe. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried so far, and I’m so glad they have so many options!! I cant express enough how much the coffee and tea have helped me out while I’m at work, also the scones are amazing!! They’re definitely my favorite. Not to mention the staff are so sweet! I can’t remember the last time I’ve visited any shop and was greeted like I was genuinely a part of the family :)
RoyalTea and Coffee Co. is by far the best local coffee shop in Pasadena. The drinks are absolutely delicious and not overpriced, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They also have adorable merchandise at the front of the store, so you can shop while you wait. Grab a drink there today!! You won’t be disappointed!!
I ordered a French vanilla iced latte and the espresso was bitter. I gave it back and didn’t ask for a refund (which was dumb). I then order something else the strawberry lemon drop and then tried and didn’t really like it but still paid for it. I’m surprised it wasn’t just offered since I literally paid for a drink I was not satisfied with. So after $8 I ended up without a single decent drink.
