Places like this make me so proud to be Vietnamese, the lady that took my order was so sweet (maybe the owner), my tofu banh mi was delicious and had the perfect amount of tofu (some places are so stingy). The worker even threw in a little free dessert (Vietnamese dessert chè) for me! This place and its service really left an impression on me! Will def tell all my friends :)
Best Pork Banh Mi ever. I’ve had a Banh Mi in New York and it can’t touch this. So much flavor. Fantastic baguette. Pork cooked perfectly, garlic aioli added that extra touch. They hooked me up with a coconut banana cotta dessert as well and that was also delicious. They’re very nice and the service is great. I’ll be back for more!!!
First time here from Chicago and the employee gave me free “garlic bread”. He was very nice! Not your regular American garlic bread though! My son loved it. He also like the banh mi I got which was the special. I liked it too and the noodles with chicken! The only downside about it is the Togo boxes. They are very cool and environmental friendly, but you cannot keep your food in their long bc it gets wet at the bottom..basically seeps through which I didn’t like. I thought this was a very unique and cool place though. The restaurant is clean and Very generous amount of food for about $10 for the noodles w/ chicken. It filled me up and I saved a lil in a bowl to finish the next day because I don’t waste no food! It came with an egg roll too! Very crunchy which I like. The fish sauce was very good too. The food is 10/10! I will be back when I’m in town!
Love their special Banh-mi and egg rolls! The staff is always nice and professional. Usually I order to go, and the service is super fast! Showed this place to my fiends, and now they’re regulars too :)
Pretty f’in delicious. That alphabet soup is the bomb. I would’ve probably preferred the pork because I didn’t know they would use chicken thighs but overall delicious. We did not get a Banh Mi so I can’t speak on that but I’m sure those are delicious too?
Vegan friendly!I was in a Vietnamese mood and this place did not disappoint.Viet. Coffee is very strong and tasty. Enjoyed the spring rolls (w/ meat).Banh Mia we’re spot in. We had “the special” (meat) and tofu marinated in lemon pepper. Very tasty.
The sandwiches were fully loaded. Very quick, I placed the order online and got to the restaurant in 15 minutes and it was ready. I order the grilled pork, grilled chicken and the avocado. All very delicious.
Our go-to restaurant for lunch at least once a week! We LOVE the pork box, and the staff is so attentive and always willing to recommend something new for us to try!
the banh mi was absolutely stellar (fresh bread, crisp and crunchy veggies, flavorful and tender pork) but let me tell you that BLONDIE was to die for!!! i was not expecting it to be so unbelievably delicious!!! please put me on your mailing list when that baker opens up shop because i know they’ve got some other amazing recipes i need to try!!?❤️ thanks for an amazing lunch and i recommend you all check this place out!
I got the chicken banh with fried egg. I liked the bread but that was about it. Chicken tasted rubbery, stale and overall not fresh. The fried egg also had an off smell. I had very high hopes for this place due to the reviews. Sadly I would not recommend.
