I have been to this restaurant many many times! It’s very close to my home… lucky me! My go to is the Media Noche with chicharritas, croquetas de jamón, empanadas, yuca con mojo, plátanos maduros fritos, arroz moro, and licuado de mamey. I’m sure I’ve tried more menu items but that’s my usual. I’ve done dine-in, take out and delivery and service has always been excellent. Food is always delicious and flavorful. Out of all my visits, my only complaint is that the meat in the sandwiches is a hit or miss… there are times that it’s juicy and there are times that it’s too dry. But that’s when the garlicky sauce they include comes into the rescue, so still 5 stars from me! The prices are also very affordable and they do not skimp out on portions.I am Mexican-American… in Mexico, licuado de mamey is a very popular drink that is very common in cities like Mexico City. Y’all… you need to try the licuado, please! It’s a tropical fruit that is buttery, almond-y, pudding-like, sweet potato-ish, orangey and very creamy! Mix that with some milk and ice, and you’ve got a delicious licuado.I’ve recommended this place to a couple of my friends and family, and they keep coming back. Love it there!

Very good! Went for dinner. Had the Carne de pierna with banana chips and yucca with garlic. All auper tasty! Staff was friendly and masked. Would recommend!
I am literally obsessed with this place and I can’t stop eating here. The garlic chicken with rice and beans is my go-to. I probably order here three days a week. The food is always fresh and made with high quality ingredients and it always tastes amazing. I would definitely try this place if you love authentic Cuban food.
Absolutely best Cuban food in all of Houston area. We drive an hour one way to eat there and it is so worth it. Our favs are the oxtails and red snapper. Give me their fantastic bread and the sauce oxtails are cooked with - I'd be in heaven. But then everything we've eaten there is phenomenal tasting. Service is stellar in our opinion. Can't recommend highly enough.

The service has always sucked for the most part but the food was always so good it was forgivable.. now they’re charging extra for sides that use to come with the plate and smaller portions… if u want a good restaurant go to Cafe Piquet.
I have eaten here several times and I must compliment them on the consistency. The food is downright soulful. It's really some of the best cooking I've had this year. The bread pudding is fire!
